If i'm being honest, I believe Michael Bay wanted to take a realistic turn with Transformers. Something different. This is most likely why the bayverse timeline is outta wack. Prime & Bumblebee do indeed act like Sam Witwickey doesn't even exist. Galvatron is not the main antagonist in this film, Lockdown is. The KSI Drones had cool designs. Lockdown does hunt down remaining Decepticons that left the chicago battle. Just off screen. The Autobots that we knew from previous films are most likely killed by Cemetery Wind & Lockdown. Optimus Prime has every right to be pissed at humans. They've backstabbed him! It's interesting that Optimus Prime was built and not born. As Lockdown stated. Humans hunting autobots, Is extremely foolish and blinded. I can understand, Chicago was a devastating attack in human history. They let one bad apple spoil the rest. (referring to sentinel prime) Final Thoughts: Again! Galvatron is not the main villain of the movie. The KSI Drones are typically reincarnated Decepticons. The reason why the final chapter takes place in China. Is because Joshua Joyce has a KSI Facility there. Lockdown's mission was to apprehend Optimus Prime alive, Not kill him. No! lockdown was not nerfed. The Dinobots were awesome! they just needed more screen time. Hound, Drift and Crosshairs were cool. Ratchet's death was heartbreaking. I liked Mark Wahlberg in the movie, Just wish they gave him more character development. Optimus Prime was lucky Cade Yeager found him, Otherwise Prime would have been gone. Megatron was still alive even though his head was cut off. His dna was infecting The Galvatron Body. Megatron did not have full control yet. Not until the final act of the movie. Stinger was also cool! Bumblebee's character was indeed changed. I mean he is a Young Autobot. There are no good aliens or bad aliens yeager!
