Solitude of Enoch had a few lines that go over heads. Being jelly (jealous) get you popped, saying something that’s off putting/pudding. Feeling weak for being in love like amour/A Moor shouldn’t. That bar plays with the jelly/dessert theme and references Othello by Shakespeare. The story about a Moor who was lied to and told his wife cheated on him so he killed her. Later realizes he was lied to and kills himself. Love made him feel weak and he popped his own for jealousy.
Ik I'm late, but the second track has a line along the lines of "...when half a dollar was hated by many men." This is a 50 cent reference, (50 cent/many men) | half a dollar is 50 cents.
That denominations bar is also (to me) is referencing how black people as a whole are given religion as appeasement instead of resources to change our communities. To keep us docile.
The track Solitude of Enoch could also be a reference to Enoch as in the man that was told to be really spiritual and even to walk the earth with God and converse with Him. It is said that he never died and at the age of 350 he ascended to heaven. Also notice how later on Pray he says "A past passion is what I pursued in my solitude Was never gas, you can ask; I'm a solid dude I learned to quiet my mind, I'm nice; we was out of food" So when he mentions the Solitude of Enoch I think he's talking about his solitude in his spiritual journey and the conversations he's having with God (it is also said that prayer is like having a direct discussion with God). Notice how he mentions this again on the track Pray as i pointed out. It also works with the Enoch son of Cain side of things when you think about the overall theme of the album. Dope stuff, Ka's pen game is legendary.
With the 40 Days/40 Nights bar in Solitude of Enoch Ka is also referencing the Great Flood in the Bible; Noah built the ark and for 40 days and 40 nights it rained nonstop when the world was being renewed
