Two stand alone Colbie chicken spots, along with the three satellite spots. The stand alone Colbies in Newark, Delaware (Christiana) recently closed down. Only lasted a few years. It is permentely closed. Food was good. Sales were slow. Staff was so-so. There are a bunch of Chick-Fil_A restaurants in Delaware. I hope them the best. Merry Christmas to you guys! Hope you have a fantastic New Year!
Your absolutely right very unique items at colbies, it's a shame they built a brand new stand alone restaurant in Newark Delaware about 4 years ago and they just closed 2 months ago in October
Hey Va-Ca-Ja, make sure you inform PoP Va-Ca-Ja that the Boston Market chain has been offering sweet potatoes with marshmallows since the restaurant's inception. Absolutely nothing original about that side. Hope this helps booby ! 🥔🔍. -- 🤔
Is your dog considered a "Support Dog"? If not, how can you just bring him into these places? Colbie’s opened during COVID. Had cars around the block. (take out only). They've managed to stay open, so I assume they're doing OK. Their web site is hard to maneuver through. They show an item, but you can't click in them. I clicked on "order now" and nothing happened.
