This is the problem when you continue to buy players for the manager, then after 4 managers you have a pick and mix of profiles that work for 4 seperate systems. Buy the players that fit the profile of the club, good personalities, versatile and technically proficient and any manager coming in can get the best out of them.
A good manager is obviously able to get the best out of the players at their disposal. This ain't an excuse for ETH. Besides, he's spent €450 million since joining.
