This time we visit a very special and crazy place called Machetes Amparito.
Machetes are huge Quesadillas, these ones are 28 inch long. Crazy right!? They were absolutely delicious, there was one particular Quesadilla that impressed us. Check it out!!
The machetes cost $46 MXN each or about $2.41 USD! Do you think you could eat more than one!?

Hello Guys Again another great video of the amazing placed quesadillas I don't think I would be able to eat one by myself LOL they are huge and Quesadillas looked so delicious. But I will need to try them on my next visit to Mexico City. I'm sure they were better then what they looked.

It all looks delicioso, I love the blue corn too, I hope to move to Mexico in a year or so. if you guys come back to the U.S., I would love to see your take on southern food, there are similarities, we eat chicharrones but they are just called pork rinds here, we also use all parts of the animal in different dishes, also tons of vegetables and greens. I am one gringo that will never leave out anything.
I am going to cdmx tomorrow from Canada, I wish I could have you guys take me on a food tour hahaha

Looks really delicious shut out from San Diego California but with all the different ingredients on each end of the large quesadilla I would have liked to see that you mixed you know one end from the next of each ingredient. The great job nevertheless it looks delicious
