Good job baz iv never done a clutch on a Honda before but done a couple of belts on then and it's very weird on the wrong side of the engine for a start but never the less they are all the same but different and in our job every day is a school day. Keep the videos coming dude you are an inspiration 🙌
Great job like you say apart from big jobs and service they don't really go wrong, I always seem to find that even the older ones all the nuts and bolts seem to come out okay 👍
The 2.2 diesels are the best, my mums is on 130k and still going strong, serviced every year, there was one on 180k never had a service but needed new injectors on it somehow the engine survived in the end with new oil
@@itswais77 these are called N22 engine family. It has an old school thick roller timing chain and overall good engine design. Keep the air filter changed, don’t forget about fuel filter (injectors are not cheap for this thing) and it will deliver another 130k miles.
Its a sad time tho, I've got the same crv 2.2 mk3 and my clutch is going, the dmf and clutch alone is about £1000 when the car is only worth about £1800. But they are such good cars,
Awesome Baz! Great to see! Do you have any tips for a completely non functional clutch on this model? I've been trying to pump new oil into the system all day on my CR-V III cracking the bleeder on the slave and had no luck at all... I've no leaks either... pedal depressed etc... Any suggestions much appreciated!
I think the balance is about right for a clutch job, especially considering the job actually needs to get done and car off the ramp. No point dragging the job out to show us vids undoing bolts 👍
Great work Baz as always.Your filming/sound is spot on buddy.
Much better sound and video quality. Top work
You make it all looks so straightforward. Yes, great filming. Lucky customer.

Done a few of these....one on the ground,on a mountain track in Spain😂
Great job like you say apart from big jobs and service they don't really go wrong, I always seem to find that even the older ones all the nuts and bolts seem to come out okay 👍
Love the vids baz you’re getting the hang of the new camera
A heavy lump of a thing on your own. But handy enough when you get into the swing of it. As usual great video
Great job as always baz
I wish we had diesel Honda's in the United States!
Another cracking job Baz is there anything you cant handle ?
The best clutch alignment tool one the planet. Sounds good. Would you be so kind to provide more information?
There on eBay buddy about £6.99
Sound was good, picture was good, great video too 👍
Nice job! Very informative....thankyou
Great advert for Honda

Excellent video 😊 we have one on the horizon could you recommend where we could get clutch kit including fly wheel thanks
Good video i like the new set up baz
Cheers buddy 🤙
Only other thing I've done that's common on them is the egr crossover pipe that cracks and stinks the car out with fumes 😆👨🏼🔧
Really?
Mines been stinking like exhaust for months and I couldn't see where the leak was 😂.
Lovely job Baz. Have a bmw 120d which has had 2 flywheels at 150k miles. One at 70k and one at 149k. Never again will i go manual.
Good with the new camera baz, Audio was good with the mic in your t-shirt aswel 👍
Ye mate it was hidden 🤙
New sound & vision spot on Baz👍
Always top graft Baz 🤙🤙
Those good old crvees are build to last. Seen couple with around 250k miles without any majors. Robust as hell.

Good job you are a legend 👏
Sound and video was perfect. What did you buy for the mic and camera? Thanks for sharing.
Pocket 3 creator combo
Nice stuff how much do you charge for dmf and clutch on same car
Awesome 👍
Cheers Shaun
Good video Baz, changed ramps today 😂🤙
Drama that is, we've had a car stuck on there for nearly a week waiting for parts
Noooo, hate waiting for parts 🤦🏻 Bain of a mechanics life that is feel ya pain
HI Baz, watch you vids all the time, love 'em. Just a question. Is it your business or do you work for someone?????
Was disconnecting steering knuckel neccesarry if the rack stayed on vehicle?
honda beautiful engineered cars, the parts are better quality that europeans
Great job Baz. Out of interest do you work for yourself or a garage?
Work for a garage buddy 24 years pretty much same place
Have you ever considered going out on your own?
Great job Baz!!! You're the man!!!!
Why did you disconnect a steering column if rack and pinion stays in place? I mean you it was not taken off with the subframe.
Howd u get the rest ov the lads to stay quiet when filming, been a tech myslef , i couldn’t imagine filming in my dealer 😂
It's hard work hence why I don't do longer formats
Bit early to be having dinner at 13:00 😂
Today was a good day I actually had 5 mins 😂😂😂
MK3 !!!
How much is this service?
That’s my mum’s car (identical) ima watch this and pay attention
Good jop
That’s people holding it on the clutch Instead of the handbrake up
It could be longer and a bit more showing you using tools instead of to much magic...
It's hard as there's so much going on in the back ground
