The reason Craig's Al Pacino is so dead on is because he's portraying Pacino as he really sounds when he's out of character. Most everyone else does Al's voice from "Scent of a Woman," or Scarface. This guy just does Pacino
By far, Craig Gas does THE best Christopher Walked impressions. There are a lot of impressionists that,.."I don't know if I can explain what I mean", but, they SOUND "like" Christopher Walked, but it "sounds" LIKE, someone doing an impersonation, of him.
Totally agree, a great example of other people 'sounding 'like Walken without sounding like Walken is on the SNL Walken family reunion sketch. Really weird how nobody outside of Walken himself sounds like him. Would have loved to have seen Craig in that sketch
WOW!!! all the voices are spot on! The voices he does are not caricature impressions. They are the real deal. If you want caricatures, go see Kevin Pollack!
Where did I see that story of how he meets cristopher walken? I know I've seen an actual sketch of that seen he described of him meeting walken somewhere but where?
Is it really true that *IN EVERY ADVERSITY EXISTS THE SEED OF AN EQUAL OR GREATER BENEFIT.* ??????????????????? In Mr. Gass' case apparently so. Though i'm quite sure he had to practice " Hard " many many times before he was able to kill those impressions. I'm still trying to find my particular talent. My family wasn't deaf. But sometimes i think they may as well have been deaf.
The weird thing with this guy is he’s got some great impressions but for some reason he feels the need to add a Sandler impression that he clearly can’t do at all, into the mix. No wonder Sandler wasn’t into it
This show was weird. Just a guy with 4 comics, and his job was just to tee the comic up to go into their bit. But they were packaging it as actual conversation.
It's a tough call because I think Walken has, like, 2 (maybe 3) different eras of his voice. Rosenbaum does a good 'Prophecy' version and Gass does a good 'Seven Psychopaths', imho. Seriously though no one beats Gass' impersonation of Sam Kinison. He even had one of Kinison's bits down pat. It's freaking amazing.
@xxxemoneyxxx well if you think his impressions suck, then don't bother watching anything of his...he's acually very famous, and does some of the most dead-on impressions ever...case in point, listen to his Sam Kinison, and you already heard his Pacino and Walken...nuff said
Absolutely brilliant Pacino impression
Spot on!
The King of Queens episode brought me here
Craig's impressions are absolutely excellent.
his Pacino is spot on
He's a very good impressionist most of those impressions are spot on
The reason Craig's Al Pacino is so dead on is because he's portraying Pacino as he really sounds when he's out of character. Most everyone else does Al's voice from "Scent of a Woman," or Scarface. This guy just does Pacino
Bang on.
Craig is really next level just so accurate.
Got to agree, Craig is so accurate on Al Pacino in general
Spot on comment
You know the impressions are good when the crowd just goes “Ohh…” in sheer disbelief rather than just laugh
I cant get enough of Craigs Al Pacino.....Kevin Spacey NEEEEDS to take some notes
BEST Pacino I've ever heard!!
This guy is awesome and a really nice guy as well.
Best Walken, gotta say. Love C.Gass.
Best Pacino impression in history
Not going to argue with that
Godfried voice is on point, dayyum
I thought he was only known for his Pacino impression, but the others are fantastic as well.
I found out about him from King of Queens where he does the Walken impression, he's dead on. him and Caliendo do a Killer Pacino impression
The best impressionist in the business
That Walken impression is so dead on, you literally cannot tell it apart from the real Walken.
SPOT on with Gilbert !! Love this guy....
I got to hang out with this guy after 2 shows in Chicago. Buddy of mine grew up with him.
The best Al Pacino impersonation out there, and it's not even close.
By far, Craig Gas does THE best Christopher Walked impressions.
There are a lot of impressionists that,.."I don't know if I can explain what I mean", but, they SOUND "like" Christopher Walked, but it "sounds" LIKE, someone doing an impersonation, of him.
Craig and Titus Welliver both have a 1:1 impression.
Totally agree, a great example of other people 'sounding 'like Walken without sounding like Walken is on the SNL Walken family reunion sketch.
Really weird how nobody outside of Walken himself sounds like him.
Would have loved to have seen Craig in that sketch
God!! At the end he even looks like Al Pacino!! Unbelievable!!
So glad he was on that one ep of king of queens. He's a real good impersonater and really funny :D Great Comic :)
best al pacino impression ever
Def one of the best impressionists if not the best!
jamie foxx is tbh
Wow, unbelievable. Never heard of him until now.
The Pacino is on the naillll
This guy is the best impressionist I've seen.
One of the best, no question.
He was so funny on King of Queens
WOW!!! all the voices are spot on! The voices he does are not caricature impressions. They are the real deal. If you want caricatures, go see Kevin Pollack!
Imagine Craig gass, Kevin Spacey, Bill Hader put on the seat together, talking each other using Al pacino's impression!?😚
The best Pacino I've ever heard.
Dude is great. 😂😂😂
Where did I see that story of how he meets cristopher walken? I know I've seen an actual sketch of that seen he described of him meeting walken somewhere but where?
@Saighu I honestly do not know because the episode list doesn't have any details on IMDB.
Put Craig Gass and Frank Caliendo in their own sitcom together. It would be a hit!
Next to Nolan north he’s the second best Christopher walken impersonator for my money!
His al Pacino impression holy shi#$ it’s like Im standing front of al pachino in real like
holy shit this guy is a genius
this guy is AWESOME !!! you should hear his gene simmons
I havent smiled this big in a long time lol
He can do the fuckin Sandler laugh holy shit
This guy is AMAZING!
He's fucking great!
Brilliant!
HE IS AMAZING.
man nobody put this guy on? damn shame
He's good ... he's really good
I agree, all he does is resort back to his John Madden to explain the last joke nobody got
Kevin spacey disliked this video
He just did this exact bit on the Preston and Steve radio show very recently. He might be recycling.
HOLY SHIT! He's dead-on!!
Hes a HUGE seahawks fan!! Go hawks!!
Feb. 28, 2007 according to TV Guide.com
Jesus. I have watched five videos in a row of this guy and every single one he does the dinner with Walken story. That's all the material he's got?
The weird thing with this guy is he’s got some great impressions but for some reason he feels the need to add a Sandler impression that he clearly can’t do at all, into the mix. No wonder Sandler wasn’t into it
Best Pacino I've heard. But Jay Mohr does the best Walken
Bradley Cooper does it better
This guy destroys everyone as Walken.
This show was weird. Just a guy with 4 comics, and his job was just to tee the comic up to go into their bit. But they were packaging it as actual conversation.
very nice
The best.
Michael Rosenbaum does the best Walken.
Is that Amy acker off person of interest next to Craig?
Thing is, that whole Walken bit is a build-up to a punchline, but no, cut to a commercial instead.
Is that Amy acker off person of interest next to Craig
I believe that's Sarah Tiana.
Sad but true.
Couldn't be more leashed.
And I thought other Pacino impressions were good 🤯
@xxxemoneyxxx well if you think his impressions suck, then don't bother watching anything of his...he's acually very famous, and does some of the most dead-on impressions ever...case in point, listen to his Sam Kinison, and you already heard his Pacino and Walken...nuff said
couldn't be more leashed
This guy is way better than Caliendo
No
You couldn’t be more leashed.
how is Craig "upcoming"?
@purseonal2010 No way, Frank Caliendo has been boo'd off stage so many times it's ridiculous. The guy can't come up with any new material.
Who is the girl next to him?
Sarah Tiana , she's a comedian. She pretty cute I know ;)
adrianhe She's adorable! I wanna nibble her!
Same ;) She was recently on Roast Battle with Jeff Ross...she went pretty far check it out
adrianhe OK I will! Thanks!!!
:)
He does awsome impressions but he has no funny jokes.
Most impressionists have that issue
