This is from a Night of the Proms concert, which is a completely different show from the BBC Proms. That being said, Roger Hodgson did perform at Night of the Proms in 2004, so it could be that this performance was in 2004, not 1995.
@@OliversElevators I know the difference between a film camera, and a digital camera - this is definitely the 2004 performance. Apologies for the incorrect naming of the program - I stopped watching television nearly 20 years ago. Incredible piece and performance regardless!
