Cheers Grant, thanks for watching!
Awesome video guys very informative. Would love to see a video like this for tailor :)
Thanks man! We'll pass that message on to 'Tailor King' Anton Pope 😉
Great vid. I do the same for the rigs except with the sinker line heavy is best so it’s stiff and doesn’t get tangled with the rest of the rig. I then tie a small 20cm piece of 30lb on the end of my sinker dropper as my breakaway. That way you don’t loose 4 foot of 100lb line when the sinker tangles up only the last 20cm of 30lb.
I join it with a surgeons knot real easy
Bro everything I wanted to know, Best video !!!!
Thanks David, that’s great to hear! 😀
Cheers boys
No worries Josh 🤙

Thanks Steve!
Great video, when are we going to be seeing Finlay Parr. Will he be making a scene again 👀
Thanks James! He'll be popping up in vids from time to time
Good starter reel would be an old american made penn 850. Bullet proof reels. I use 1 whenever i have big work to do.
dunno about his circle hook comments, use em right and the hook up rate is the same
I just got a shimano aerlex 10000 12 foot combo. That should do the trick eh?
Hey guys how much swell is enough for snapper to show up without a storm?
It depends on a few other factors as well such as wind direction, wind strength and water clarity. In general a minimum of 2.5m swell with a westerly or north westerly wind in excess of 15-20knt and murky water is pretty ideal for snapper from the shore. In saying that, if the water remains murky after storm fronts there is still and chance of nailing fish from the shore, particularly off the beaches.
How many lb you use for rig off the beach?
Is it called a longbone sinker?
Hi mate, the sinkers are a Red Mullet Long Boom sinker
great vid guys , lots of good info for beginners but the music makes it too difficult to hear the softer speaking presenters , I had to quit at 50%.👂
Excellent info guys but I don’t think u need the tunes 👍
