So 1. Spongebob attempts to vandalize the windows with alien repellant, 2. break inside Sandy's Spaceship, 3. Steals the spaceship and travels to the moon then back to Earth , and last but not least, Spongebob and Patrick kidnap basically everyone in the city, and got Patrick so ashamed of himself that he kidnapped himself. lol

Concerning the incident with the bomb, SpongeBob wouldn't actually be liable because he didn't realize the pie was a disguised explosive device. Actually in "Survival of the Idiots", Patrick was the one who wanted to go inside Sandy's tree dome, SpongeBob wanted to go in as well, but he was an alibi as he did hesitate and was about to turn around. Also, Patrick tore off Sandy's fur, and Sponge once again is an alibi because Patrick urged Sponge to do it.

The Rodeo episode doesn't count because Spongebob's Friends were willing to go with Spongebob in his bubble and all the fish ended up in the traveling bubble on accident.

Actually in "Survival of the Idiots", Patrick was the one who wanted to go inside Sandy's tree dome, SpongeBob wanted to go in as well, but he was an alibi as he did hesitate and was about to turn around. Also, Patrick tore off Sandy's fur, and Sponge once again is an alibi because Patrick urged Sponge to do it.

However in "Good Ol' Whatshisname", Patrick was thrown in the same jail cell as Squidward, for an unknown crime unlike Squidward who had a reason to be in there (Squidward stole a wallet just to find out the actual name of some dude and...*sarcastic sigh* ran through a stop light...on foot)
If you think about it, Patrick basically peer-pressures SpongeBob to doing crimes.

Spongebob Kidnaps all the time. He kidnapped Squidward more than 3 times, A whole town, and more. Also, Patrick is his Accomplish.
Spongebob kidnapped the entire town not once but twice. Once in the episode Sandy's Rocket and again in the Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy 4 episode. The Rodeo episode doesn't count because Spongebob's Friends were willing to go with Spongebob in his bubble and all the fish ended up in the traveling bubble on accident.
