These carbs do have different mains! I was unsure when I first tore mine apart but yes factory settings they are different by a good amount, the carbs are not synchronized carbs, One half of the carburetter is for idol to half throttle where the other side is 3/4 to full throttle, using both at full throttle but no those mains should not be the same size. They are different from factory

I live in Oregon and all I ride here is the sand dunes on my YFZ450, idk 🤷‍♂️ how anyone could ride the dunes and not clean their Machine after they are done riding. I’m so so OCD with my quads, but I guess that’s why they look brand new. With how much sand was on that raptor it looks like it was buried in sand… should be a quick flip for ya. Definitely clean it up really good and you should do good on it, IDK 🤷‍♂️ how your market is where you live but here in Oregon if you got it really cleaned up really nice 3,500$-4k$ here in Oregon

i work on a lot of 4 wheelers and dirt bikes it is not hard as long as you keep everything together like if you take the valve cover off put the bolts in the valve cover intel you go to put it back on and do not put any other bolt in the valve cover and there you go your valve cover bolts are accounted for and sorted and hell if you can’t remember we’re you bolts go get some cardboard and draw a rough picture of what the bolts go to and we’re the bolt holes are put a hole in the cardboard and put the bolts in them and you will never lose track of we’re your bolts go it is not as hard as people make it out to be a noob could fully rebuild a top end no problem as long as they pay attention and same with the clutch and most things people bring them to shops for i will never bring my 4 wheelers or dirt bikes to a shop i do all my work my self i have fully rebuilt a good bit of them do not cheap out with your parts and you will be fine keep the oem carburetor there probably the best your going to get if your going to put a different one on it use electron they are about 500 for them but worth it

You could put some guys into a sandbox, stark naked with a crowbar and they could break it into 3 pieces and lose on of them.. I bought an old Husqvarna from my brother and the whole damn thing was held together by electrical tape. The tape might have been worth more than the bike....... That oil looks like chunk-style lube or road tar.
