    It's a breath of fresh air to see Kai Zhang teach, executing the correct techniques, among so many self-perceived, mediocre teachers.

    This video is a great explaining when or why we should not close angle of the paddle and providing a solution of ensuring we move our hips through the shot. I come from a tennis background, and have this issue of letting the elbow and wrist flow forward and closing the racket to lets the strings to spin the tennis ball, and it feels like we're throwing the racket tbh. THanks for this video!

    Fine technique, especially top spin

    Arm swings too early before the actual momentum coming from the leg. If the swing is correct, you should feel some centrifugal force on the paddle.

      It depends on which club you go to. At pingpod coaching varies from $50-$100 per hour depending on which coach you choose

    your elbow still flaring up making the motion wobbling. I don't remb u used to do that. What happened?

    • @table_tennis_fever
      @table_tennis_fever 5 месяцев назад +1

      actually i see that you are used to pushing down from the wrist, that's why your elbow flare up the last moment. The ordering of force transfer needs to be correct. Big muscle groups first then to the small ones

    Dude, dont fold ur racket.
    U start frm knee height, the racket goes up, then just when about to hit the ball...u go horizontal n forward.... Why?
    Just start the swing from ur waist, n go forward... more power, less mistakes, better timing...
    Secondly... relax. Easy swing..
    U r too stiff.

      Yes that’s what I’m fixing, over time the form breaks down so gotta build the stamina and consistency

      Ah common mistake by closing the bat at the end is when u are allready to late for your swing. That means, if you are allready to late for the swing the ball will jump behind the table so you have to close the angle to atleast force it onto the table PS: I only see myself doing that when i try to counter loop my opponent and realise it has more spin than i thought
