I gotta say Mr Fruit. I love watching all this new PVE content and I'm glad you're finding new things to love in Destiny. Can't wait for all the Witch Queen content.
I solo flawless’d it the first day it was out and even I thought the sparrow section was the hardest till I got it down and equipped a eager edge sword for the last part. After that the ogre got pretty annoying. Finally got it tho.
Great attempts! I always get a kick out of the puppies joining in on your raging. I’m also trying for solo flawless GoA and the Ogre fight has been 100% the most difficult part for me, between his insane damage output and keeping an eye on the timer. I learned to keep it safe and deposit after each garage. And I’ve also had positive results using a sword for DPS-in the words of Pippin: “The closer we are to danger, the further we are from harm.” (Also: I’m now realizing, the most difficult encounters for me in each of the dungeons are the ones with Ogres.)
It’s probably because double-garage is a pretty common strat with a full fireteam. And I’ll be the first to admit that it’s hard to break those sorts of habits when going for solos.
Fruit, if you plan on trying this again I'd highly recommend you use protective light with either taking charge or precision charge or even both. Also, you can melee the thrall while the scorch cannon shot is charging.
This takes me back to when I first tried to solo the shattered throne. Ogre bosses seem to always cause rage. I suggest just trying to just solo a dungeon before trying to solo flawless one.
Loving all the D2 content, Fruit! Glad to see you getting more engaged with the hardcore PVE stuff like the GMs, master lost sectors, etc. Also, I remember back on the podcast you guys were talking about how you wished Destiny had a difficulty selection where you could enable contest mode for raids - and now it's cool to see we have Master VoG! Keep on keeping on.
Seeing you bif it and fail makes me feel better about the 20 tries I did and then biffed it and failed. Thanks for the laughs 🤣 the d2 community needs more Mr. Fruits in it.
I'm going to give you some suggestions. First off synthosceps are just good especially on bubble, being able to one hit an enemy while surrounded and getting your life back is huge big brain plays. Also you don't need to be greedy at the ogre, just spam your scorch cannon shots when you enter the room and then kill another vandal for the other room. Sparrow part is actually pretty easy once you know which switches to get. Then the boss is just endurance, took me an hour in total to complete this whole dungeon solo flawless so just play your life and take it at your own pace. A really good alternative to synths is dune marches, great ad clear granted if you have a running start. Then lastly use cartesian instead of null composure if you have vorpal. Sleeper is S+ tier so that's also good. Finally (lol) just practice it. no point resetting every time to just fail it again. Practice until you have the fight down.
Agree with this. Put engrams in the crystal after each room at the ogre. There is no reason to hold them one room to the other. It can take a little more time but it’s much safer. Also the right side of that area (when looking at the boss from spawn) is better than the left side. There is a little hallway that is very safe and there are no ads that drop spoils on that side.
As a solo flawless grasp of avarice enjoyer, I can tell you I was in the same hell but rest assure Mr Fruit. Once you get a game plan and learn both of the bosses behaviors you too will be an enjoyer. Good luck in the sparrow part tho, always on time makes it so much easier but it can be done with any sparrow. Good luck mr fruit and make another attempt video at this.
Mr. Fruit doing Destiny content is aways a fun thing to watch, I've grown watching yours videos and playing Destiny (started 14 yo and now I'm 20 yo). Keep the amazing work Mr. Fruit, hugs from Brazil.
holy shit, this is peek mr fruit's content, i cant believe you were mad enough to try it, im proud of you, im wrigting this before watching, like probly many others, i suggested you try it and the madlad actually tried it. ill edit after watching. edit: ill put another comment with few tips that will make your life easier if you ever wanna give this another shot.
Definitely a fun challenge, and one I'm glad to see you taking on. I'd be glad to share a few tips to help out (Preface, I've solo flawlessed all the dungeons in the game multiple times > I have videos on each on my own channel if curious on my methodology (I do warlock though)). For general GoA stuff, don't be afraid to pop super/abilities whenever you need to (The riches at x10 refresh abilities), just get into that mindset, and remember it's about staying alive, outside of the sparrow mines and riches timer, there is no countdown to death mechanics to worry you unlike the other dungeons. For each section: Ogre: I saw you trying to bull-rush to 25 as your main method, it's incredibly risky. You can go for 12 - 13 in each side and dunk. Use Null Composure to wipe out the thrall in 1/2 bursts (Make sure to have it fully loaded when going to middle). For the DPS phase, do it from where you come in from, you can use the filled crystal as extra cover, this way you avoid the Dregs and Vandal blasting you during the DPS phase, ideally you do ~45% per phase (It will take you 3 phases, 2 if you can line up a good debuff on the boss). I find this part to be the hardest for the solo flawless run. Sparrow: Learn the route ahead of time (Do this with some buddies), there are some fuse extenders that are "bait" in nature and will draw you into the open in very bad spots. I only ever use three extenders, two between B > C (The one in the middle, the one in the tunnel), and one from C > D (The one right after the C mine on the ramp on the right), then use the lift on the right so you don't flip out when hitting the top. Shield: Just take your time as there's no rush here, run stasis here for add control to keep the swarms of dregs and the captain locked down. And always make sure to check if you accidentally pick up riches after you fill a crystal, just go back and dunk them in again. Avarrok: Slow & steady wins the race here, I use the left platform as it has the most cover. Take out dregs as they spawn then focus down the sniper shank (This is what causes the boss to throw mines), next get the invisible marauder. If you can get his riches, great, otherwise don't push it (For instance, if the boss is sitting on top of them). Use the bins on the left and the middle to drop riches, you can either play very safe here (Only collect from one side), or put a little risk in play (Collect from left and middle). As a titan, you probably want to DPS from behind the drop pod on the left side, drop your bubble to the side to block the dreg grenades then lay into the boss with fusions / sleeper. Again, shoot for 35% - 40% each phase for three cycles. All in all, definitely looking forward to seeing you give this another go. And as for the : "We're giving a solo flawless to Mr. Fruit", I say, why the hell not? Anyone can do it! Just have fun with it!
upvote so mr fruit can see those tips and tricks if he ever wanna try it another time he will be better prepared. 1. use the exotic wormog caress, once you melee kill a trall, you can one punch every trall after that wich makes it much easier. 2. why use your bubble in the rooms when your normal roaming super is the perfect tool to clear these rooms, throw your shield and melee the 2 knights that are left, they die in 2-3 punch. 3. keep your baricade for when you bank and use the firewall grenade, throw it at your feet so if a thrall comes in melee range they burn and die instanlty. 4. use a void chest in the ogre room with void damage resistant, he wont one shot you as easily, the rest of the dungeon you should have an arc chest with arc dmg resistance mod. 5. use the riskrunner in the sparrow section so you take less damage. i woudl love to see you try taht again mr fruit, if I (as a 31 years old father of 3 kids who did clear that dungeon flawlessly in session of 2 hours or less because i need to be a father) did it,then you can do it, im a believer!
This is by far one of the best video's, please don't take it the wrong way, but the commentary and the sound affects... I was laughing so hard my 15 month old walked up and started staring at me as if something was wrong. Great content Mr. Fruit. Loved it.
Practice makes perfect! My first solo run, non-flawless, took me ~7hrs. I ran solo two or three more times non-flawless before finally getting the flawless in ~1hr. With enough runs under your belt, you’ll have everything memorized by heart! 💜
Hey fruit, run Trinity Ghoul for the part between the cave and the ogre! Speeds up everything since you can spam almost everything and just run past it!
Yeah..same here. Practicing whole run was looong journey for me as well. Then I changed it. Last week I did soloflaw Prophecy.. This one still awaits me..You might have fun time with sparrow part too.... GGS Fruit. You can do it...
I hope you recover from this. Your effort was beautiful and so was the content. I am eating up this new destiny stuff. Don't forget to take care of yourself, these solo activities can sometimes really be taxing.
attempted this yesterday with my hunter and yes, i know the struggle. took a break, went back into it again and finally managed to solo flawless it. That ogre part is a pain. It's like he knows all the angles to where to beam you. but i have faith in you Mr. Fruit. you got this!!!!
Love ya Mr. Fruit. I love that you’re back into the grind. I love this new videos and I have been recently going back to other TTT and party game videos. They are all so good and the new videos keep on getting better. Love ya man.
Always here for the cahntent but im so glad to see you enjoying this game as much as I do. Can't wait to explore witchqueen with you and see the funny shinanigannery the dream team gets up to!
i had some trouble doing it... it was my first solo flawless dungeon too... died a lot in the ogre room, twice at sparrow and some many more because of being nervous... but once i got to the final boss, i played so safe, that i knew i wasnt going to do it again, that was the run... did a safe 4 phase... and now, i can gladly say i soloed flawless every other dungeon, because of that boost of confidence i got from my first one
This video Inspired me to do my own solo flawless avarice attempt. 2nd try got it. 1st try could have had it, but I got greedy and didn’t pop a well when depositing burden on my 3rd phase of the final boss.
Maybe try double trace rifle, boss DPS specced agers scepter with an eager edge half truths using a stasis hunter with assassins cowl. I have a video of the exact build and soloing the dungeon on my channel actually, which might be worth checking out if u need the assistance 👌
Day 51 of reminding Fruit his content is amazing and he deserves all the love and support he gets and more! Fruit is becoming the pve gamer that he was always destined to be, and I'm here for it. Keep it up Fruit, love ya.
Welllock on GOA makes the entire dungeon look easy. Put on lunafactions for boss dps and damage phase is faster. Melee with karnstein is also an additional ez heal. Goodluck Mr. Fruit!

Another Mr. Fruit upload and another banger. This man just makes the best content. Also, he should consider trying out for American Idol with an original song.
I hope you see this Fruit. This new destiny content you have been dropping is great. It really is. The GM’s. Trials. Dungeons. Love it. Thanks

I gotta say Mr Fruit.
I love watching all this new PVE content and I'm glad you're finding new things to love in Destiny.
Can't wait for all the Witch Queen content.
The dogs barking back every time fruit yells is hilarious
Even without the ogre boss no way Fruit was getting the sparrow section first try 😂
I solo flawless’d it the first day it was out and even I thought the sparrow section was the hardest till I got it down and equipped a eager edge sword for the last part. After that the ogre got pretty annoying. Finally got it tho.
@@KinesisXBL first solo flawless wasn't until 2 days after dungeon drop according to light.gg fuckin liar
Great attempts! I always get a kick out of the puppies joining in on your raging.

If you struggle, I suggest putting on double void resistance mods on your chest piece, makes his eye beam a lot less crazy
Yeah I was curious why he wanted to do both garages at the same time.
It’s probably because double-garage is a pretty common strat with a full fireteam. And I’ll be the first to admit that it’s hard to break those sorts of habits when going for solos.
Damn bro u put ur heart into this comment
He should be using arc subclass with curais of the falling stars for the orge boss fight and ghorn as heavy
To say I feel your pain is an understatement. Pretty sure I’ve done everything you did multiple times. Hang in there Fruit!
The music editing in Fruits videos is always next level
I love that they turned loot cave into an actual thing

The moment Fruit learns he can melee while holding the Scorch Cannon will be life changing
“I’m gonna prove to myself I can do this”
*immediately falls off*

Yess I use Helm of Saint for the ogre and synthos in the boss room both on bubble, its so huge for survivability

I really hope we get a part 2!
I relate to this experience on a spiritual level. Thanks for the video

Of everything that happened, the grenade throw at 23:31 got me the most . That's absolutely something I'd do.
That desk slam at the end. I've been there. Glad to see Rhab has taught you well!
Remember to run double void resist makes that encounter so much easier

These wipes are unbelievably relatable, I know it sucks man, just keep at it, we really appreciate the grind and the content you churn out.
This was my first solo flawless dungeon too! I have around 50 full clears so it's definitely my favorite. Wishing you the best on your solo journey
No guides I got this, love to see that energy. Hope you get the solo flawless fruit. Love the vids and the podcast keep up the great work
Absolutely loving the new pve content. That being said I do teach how to solo flawless dungeons on xbox if Datto is unavailable lol
I hope you recover from this. Your effort was beautiful and so was the content. I am eating up this new destiny stuff. Don't forget to take care of yourself, these solo activities can sometimes really be taxing.
Love the montages at the beginning, let’s ya know it’s gonna be a banger

This was so great to watch. I would have loved a longer version but either way very entertaining.
Love ya Mr. Fruit. I love that you’re back into the grind. I love this new videos and I have been recently going back to other TTT and party game videos. They are all so good and the new videos keep on getting better. Love ya man.
Mr. Fruit here making us all anxious as we watch the burden of riches count down.
Always here for the cahntent but im so glad to see you enjoying this game as much as I do. Can't wait to explore witchqueen with you and see the funny shinanigannery the dream team gets up to!
Thanks for the video Fruit, loving the content!
This brings me back to those solo NF videos
Quick tip. Run protective light mod on a void piece of armor and a way to get charged with light. It’ll make your life easier. Play smarter not harder
Got it on my 3rd attempt. Honestly wasn't as bad as I was thinking it would be.
The sparrow race is provably the trickiest part. The other encounters you can play it safe
Loving the recent vids. With these and the Locke it’s been 🔥
Loving all the Destiny Cahntent lately and can’t wait for your Witch Queen videos!
This may be the run of avarice I have ever seen bar none. This is amazing and I love it!
Oh we will need more of this for sure
Mr Fruit, you are always flawless…now gameplay skill wise maybe some room but hey if you were the perfect gamer there would be no CAHNTENT
Couldnt say it better my friend
Damn you really just said “it’s ok babe the big ones hurt”
Need to see another of this! This was pricelesss😂😂😂
Lets go fruit! I’ve been trying to solo grasp of avarice as well and usually die to the boss :(
The final boss? Where are you dpsing from?
so happy that fruit got back into destiny
This made me a laugh a lot. You'll get it! Just a few more attempts
Reminds me of "Mr Fruuiitt, I Got A Challenge For YA" "Oh, God" LMAO, love the destiny content, such a sense of nostalgia
i had some trouble doing it... it was my first solo flawless dungeon too... died a lot in the ogre room, twice at sparrow and some many more because of being nervous... but once i got to the final boss, i played so safe, that i knew i wasnt going to do it again, that was the run... did a safe 4 phase... and now, i can gladly say i soloed flawless every other dungeon, because of that boost of confidence i got from my first one
Continual appreciation of Mr fruit putting more and more effort into the meme edits to give the video that extra 👌
Lol loved the pups getting upset with you after the wipe
I love this kind of Destiny content from u fruit keep doing u and I'll keep watching mwuh
I remember seeing most of this live and it was a lot of fun in chat -- but maybe not as fun for you Fruit, so thanks for posting this still
awesome video mr fruit. loving the return to destiny!
How am I just finding Mr. Fruit? Best Destiny 2 content I've ever seen.

Man Mr. Fruit it’s super cool how you completed it on your first try, you made it look easy too
I have never seen a 1:13 before. Look at that pace, look at the line he took. This man is a legend
Keep the destiny CONTENT coming!!
Jeez. That yell at the ogre part... Ahahaha love you fruit! Keep pumping the D2 cahntent. Loving it 😁
mr fruitttttt you GOTTA bring back the 60 second reviews. pleaseeeee
Quite possibly the most accurate video of me also attempting this task.
When the dog started freaking out, I lost it.
We’re truly in the endgame now.
The endgame CAHNTENT. May it never end.
Try not to go crazy before witch queen Mr. fruit. Great video as always
I have a guess about whether he succeeded based on the length of the video.
This video Inspired me to do my own solo flawless avarice attempt. 2nd try got it. 1st try could have had it, but I got greedy and didn’t pop a well when depositing burden on my 3rd phase of the final boss.
“WOW!”
-Owen Wilson
And me seeing Fruit do this!
Honestly this video was beyond hilarious 😂And very entertaining 👍🏻You can do this🙂
Maybe try double trace rifle, boss DPS specced agers scepter with an eager edge half truths using a stasis hunter with assassins cowl.
I really enjoy this end of your content. The PvE cahntent keeps real.
My favorite part so far is the STD thrall rant
"Open up for me baby"
OH, Mr. Frooooot.... anything for you ;)
Keep up with the content Mr fruit enjoying the d2 pve stuff
"I don't feel so good Mr Stark, yeah I wonder why that is you nerds" 🤣🤣🤣 had to pause so I don't miss anything while laughing
im glad to know that another human shares my frusturations with soloing anything
Good tries Fruit. You’ll get there!
Also you can throw grenades while still charging the scorch cannon I’m 90% sure. Void wall helps keep the thrall back.
Welllock on GOA makes the entire dungeon look easy. Put on lunafactions for boss dps and damage phase is faster. Melee with karnstein is also an additional ez heal. Goodluck Mr. Fruit!
LET’S GOOOO I WAS HOPING YOU WOULD MAKE A VIDEO ON THIS
Law of diminishing returns, bro.
Try the next day.
You got it!
this is probably the best dungeon to get into solo flawlessing dungeons, I highly recommend it, all you need is paitence as you will likely 3-4 phase the bosses, if you want a step up from here, try pit of heresy, it is difficult but if you can get past the totem encounter, you can do it.
if you want to try the hardest one, do prophecy, the hardest encounter is the final one and it is a true test of positioning and timing as you can get overrun REALLY fast
Loving the D2 connnntennnttt. You got me on the grind again
This place is savage lol I got the Gjally catalyst all by myself but that final boss was too much for me good luck!
Come for the cahhhntent, stay for the banter!
Bringing back the pain I felt when I tried to solo shattered throne lol
Double void resistance woulda sorted you out g
Frfr. That’s what I run for the ogre. Even still it catches my ass off guard sometimes.
Another Mr. Fruit upload and another banger. This man just makes the best content. Also, he should consider trying out for American Idol with an original song.
I haven’t watched the video yet but you know it’s not going to go well when the word attempt is in the title
