- Hello everyone! Today I will show you how to make a very popular recipe for geometric chocolate hearts! And three types of filling for them))) Everything is very simple, but very tasty and looks cool. It makes great sweet gifts for loved ones on Valentine's Day!
Let's start with chocolate hearts!
For GEOMETRIC CHOCOLATE HEARTS:
200-300g white chocolate, melt
red food coloring
1. Melt the chocolate. Leave 1/3 of the chocolate uncolored.
2. Color the remaining chocolate as you like (I made two shades, lighter and darker).
3. Spread the chocolate in a medium layer over the silicone molds. Refrigerate until solidified (10 minutes).
4. Add a second layer of chocolate around the edges (strengthening them so they don't break). Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Now you can do the fillings))
OREO CAKE HEARTS:
For 8 pieces:
150g oreo cookies
70g cream cheese
*sprinkles for decorate
1. Grind the oreo cookies in a kitchen processor (pulse mode).
2. Add cream cheese and stir.
3. Place the finished filling in the hardened chocolate heart (not all the way to the top, leave some for the chocolate layer).
4. Cover with a layer of chocolate and remove excess with a spatula or knife. Chill in the refrigerator until hardened (at least 30 minutes).
5. Decorate the drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
NUTELLA FILLED HEARTS:
Nutella for filling
*food silver pearl powder for decorating
1. Put Nutella in the hardened hearts (leave some for the chocolate layer).
2. Cover with a layer of chocolate and remove excess with a spatula or knife. Chill in the refrigerator until hardened (at least 30 minutes).
3. Decorate with food silver pearl powder.
COCOA BOMBS HEARTS:
cocoa powder
mini marshmallow
*hot plate
1. Preheat a plate in the microwave.
2. Line the edges of the hardened heart half on a hot plate.
3. Put cocoa and marshmallows.
4. Melt the edges of the other half of the heart on a hot plate. Quickly connect the two halves by gluing them together.

I didn't use white food dye. I used white chocolate

Probably due to the temperature difference. Usually, chocolate is stabilized in the refrigerator and then does not melt at room temperature (of course, if not the high temperature in the room)
