Go to the Internet on the device and download the playstore apk file, you have to find it online it takes a bit of digging but when you get that you're good to go
I have an issue with sound while watching videos, so the sound for some videos are low for some are high so I need lower or higher the sound my hands are always holding the volume button 💀 is there anything to turn off that in the settings?
That's not the phone that's the video creators fault. You can choose how loud the volume is on your video in video editing apps, so even if it's full volume it won't be as loud as other videos. Unless you notice this with TV shows or something like that? Enable DTS sound enhancement and see if this works or not. If it gets worse then disable it. I think my sound hasn't been an issue.

Id go for a 8s or 8 pro that you can find on eBay, send in 500 and see if they bite. 650 is a lot but it's as cheap as it gets for new flagships
