It’s confirmed the intro/opening of kh3 is set at the end of the game. My guess is the Dive to the Heart and Sora in the Final World in the intro is the process of saving Kairi.

(It's Sora's mindset) The dive to the heart from prologue occurs during the game, when Sora uses the power of waking (in the wrong that is attended to) for the first time to save the 7. In short, the game begins in media res then we are thrown at the beginning starting with 2.9 and you know the rest.
I noticed this just recently. On top of all that been mentioned here, one of the loading screens at the beginning is Sora in the Final World remarking about how beautiful it is in his KH2 outfit. However, he didn't get his gummiphone until after Olympus. How did he have a picture of that? Also, one of the hashtags from that screen is "Where the Heart Returns." Sora didn't know any of that until he went to the Final World and met Chirthy towards the end of the game. It makes sense that that intro is set to end of the game.

We see in the Dive to the Heart that he goes from KH1 to KH2 outfit, and fights the tutorial boss in the KH2 outfit. The building that Yozora is on is totally the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. It's the same building that the citadel in Insomnia, from Final Fantasy XV, was modelled after. If you hear the music playing during that bit, there are elements of XV's theme 'Somnus' playing too.
Finally someone who had a similar reaction to the Luxu reveal as I did. I’m still wrapping my brain about it, and now whenever I see him in an earlier installment in the series, I make it a point to call him Luxu.

It was funny. Never played the mobile game so I didn't know what was going on. Cutscene starts, heard the guys voice, and immediately thought, "Oh, that's Xigbar." Something you and a lot of people didn't notice in the secret movie showing sora and Riku in Shibuya is when the last scene starts and it shows the hooded figure (which is undoubtedly the Master of masters), he makes two shapes with his hands. He makes a box shape before the camera pans in and then makes a heart shape once zoomed on his hands. You have to look, but he does it. Just something you may not notice.
By the way, Riku is at Shinjuku. Close by Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office, where Yozora is at is sitting on top off. And given that Shinjuku could be gone in TWEwY thank to a New Day. It even more odd.

Something you and a lot of people didn't notice in the secret movie showing sora and Riku in Shibuya is when the last scene starts and it shows the hooded figure (which is undoubtedly the Master of masters), he makes two shapes with his hands.
He makes a box shape before the camera pans in and then makes a heart shape once zoomed on his hands.
You have to look, but he does it.

No, Sora and Riku are inside of Riku’s dream in a version of Shibuya. However, it looks as though Sora ended up in Shibuya and Riku is in Shinjuku, as Yozora is watching Riku from the Tokyo Metropolitan Building in Shinjuku while Sora has the 104 building near him, so he is in Shibuya.
