Deserter Sylvan Cruiser C | FTL Multiverse

A satisfactorily cogent boarding vessel, being virtually a strictly stronger Free Mantis cruiser by having access to Aether Technology. I don’t recall if the Free Mantis as crew were nerfed all that much through the previous balance changes, but as of right now in v5.4, they’re certainly still consideringly fierce and intimidating as combatants. While the Warlords definitely hit pretty hard, I feel like I generally have more consistency with the generic Free Mantis simply from having higher out-of ability stats. Plus the jump from a regular juiced Free Mantis to a juiced Warlord Free Mantis isn’t that distinguishable. Like in terms of damage output, average to low health enemies still drop pretty quickly.
Run could’ve been more interesting had I gone to more engaging and busy reroutes, but that’s okay. There’ll be more wild runs to have in the future. I should also start pumping out these uploads a bit more quickly given how the rest of November will unfold for me. I won’t go into a bunch of detail, but I’ll basically be away from home for ~three weeks. I of course plan to schedule uploads throughout my absence so there won’t be anything to miss on my channel, but yeah. We’ll just have to see how things play out.
