This is such a beautiful song !! Susan sang this beutifully. Bought this album when I was 16 years old . For this song was so popular here in Canada in 1982 when this album was released. Miss you Susan !! Voice of an Angel RIP❤😊😢
Susan jacks has that voice of an angel! I bought this album when it came out in 1982 I was a teenager. Played this song constantly and still love❤ it Beautiful songs live forever. Sooo sad 😢about Susan ‘s passing back in April at age 73. She’s truly blessed. Thank you to who posted this beautiful Susan Jacks song😊❤
i was a teenager in the 80s when i heard the song and loved it susan jacks forever is country i know it so well i sang it in school i finally found it.
Such a beautiful voice... great, great song. I remember "Forever", "Just one turn of the wheel" - Mary Lu Zahalan and "Romeo" - Shari Ulrich... all came out in 1982. Three real great pop gems, from Canadian females, that never broke big internationally... never understood that.
My fav Poppy Family / Susan Jacks song of all time! First heard this at my Grade 7 High School Dance! What a beautiful voice she had back then and still she sings so well today!
Not a Poppy Family song, The Poppy Family ended with their divorce, even had to buy their albums separate. It went from The Poppy Family to 2 albums, Terry Jack's and The Poppy Family and another separate album, Susan Jack's and The Poppy Family.
This is such a beautiful song! It definitely touches me. I remember hearing this on soft pop radio in the early 80's. Recently, I was finally able to have this song transferred to disc. Although, I wish they'd put this album out on CD. "Forever" and "Anna Marie" are two of my favourite Susan Jacks tracks. I'd rather hear this on radio over Shania Twain any day. Thanks for posting!
Hi Alison! Hope your still married? Perfect wedding song-groovy choice! This song is bittersweet for me as it reminds me of a gentleman that I've always loved but could never have. So lovely as a wedding song though-kida says it all, right?
This is a very good song which i am looking for .... I rememebr hearing this song more than 20 years ago,, i still love it .... thank for the person upload it in youtube....
@omega125th She WAS the lead singer in the Poppy Family. Aside from one or two early songs that Terry sang and a duet or two, all the other songs were sung by Susan. She also sang all her own harmony vocals.
not me. besides believing she were beautifull humble and my wet dream, i just learned her birth day and i were ached on more than one occasion to know it. i visited her fan site on an occasion, only time i ever joined a fan club. i darn near melted in blush. *smiles* but she were my baby sitter. so, love yall.
@omega125th Susan Jacks actually started the Poppy Family when she asked Terry Jacks (on short notice) to accompany her on rhythm guitar for a performance she had to do.
Why isn’t this song on Spotify?? It needs to be!
RIP Susan. Thank you for your amazing talent.

A beautiful song from a beautiful woman. Too bad for her passing away April 25, 2022
LP from early 80s; hasn't recorded in awhile, but re-releasing on CDs some of her solo LP material
Still a very pretty song by a pretty lady who is about to make a new album soon!!!!
I'll love him forever-even though he belongs to another. :(
I heard this song on Easy Rock in London ON today (Oct3/13) and HAD to track it down!
