Well apparently the only reason lee passed was because of his other scores being good enough for the hokage to decide to pass him also guy can use jutsu but he stopped using jutsus after picking lee as an apprentice to basically show how dedicated he was to his student but also to show his student that using only taijustu can work

Naruto was a really cool Anime you should watch it if you haven’t already seen it but i don’t recommend you watch Boruto if you end up really enjoying Naruto like you would want to watch at least half of it again then please don’t watch Boruto it just brings Naruto a bad name
Nah boruto is quite good, I was very hesitant on watching boruto based on the bad reviews, so I watched the canon episodes and read the manga and HOLY SHIT, it was surprisingly good, naruto fans are the ones bringing a bad name not boruto.
