Heah, it's impressive, that the physics can handle all the stuff inside the cutscene. And everything reacts still in a relatively realistic way. It doesn't seem broken.
@@godlyhax4172 its wild how complicated people think games are like some people think games are meticulously coded by 1s and 0s "ooooohh look how crazy it is a cutscene that has physics" 😂😂😂😂
Half Life 2 had amazing physics and that's like 20 years old. Were doomed cause they focus so much on profit they wont have the time to focus on fine detail like that again.
There are decent physics plugins people can use, but dynamic objects take up extra processing time and gamers screech uncontrollably if it drops below 60 fps
@@kitjones6896Well, you can't just mention Half-Life 2 as an example of an ordinary old game. It’s the game that gave us HDR and was deliberately designed to showcase physics features.
When I got to this scene, none of the character models loaded in. I heard their voices and watched the gun disassemble itself in the air, then Skif very kindly reassembled the gun for the poltergeist that had broken it.
@@julfy_godWhat's really funny is when I left the building, I saw the two characters that were supposed to be in the cutscene walking in the door and heading up the stairs. I think the pathing just screwed up and the cutscene played without them being physically there because I hit the zone that triggers it. There are no bugs, only anomalies, etc.
@@ProidysweetI wish poltergeists were genuinely benevolent creatures... Trolls of the zone who just want to have fun. Like imagine he throws your silencer into a burner anomaly and after two minutes he fetches it back with just 30% durability. 😂
Honestly impressed that there is accurate collisions during the cutscenes. If you try to do the same in most other games, the characters will just go through everything like ghosts.
This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen done under the "This is why real time cutscenes are superior" title. It is all the live physics interactions and sounds of clattering of the objects interacting with the characters, and the opportunities to highlight it that the gun disassembly and reassembly create.
Skif is so smart. He put gun together even though all parts were buried under a pile of sausage and medkits like it was nothing! truly a puzzle solver.
You know, it's pretty cool, considering that the character model actually physically reacts to objects in the cutscene, and doesn't just pass through like a ghost.
The cluttering sound 😂 it reminds me of a few places in Fallout New Vegas, with those stupid tin can and burned books everywhere. It also reminds me of my friends room, with every step being a cacophony of miscleneaous items smashing together.
Could try spawning in a Controller for that cutscene. Imagine Skif trying his best to concentrate putting together the rifle while he's constantly Psi blasted by it.
Got to this point during an emission, only it was during night and made the room a lot darker. All I saw was the bald dude and the other guy speaking and nothing else

sorry dude

🎉
Dead in .01 sec
It’s over
this is actually impressive ngl, now i cant get rid of the bottle sounds
Nah that's a unique sfx
Just like my desk at home.
😂

What surprises me the most is that this cutscene is fully programmed with collision detection, lol.
Heah, it's impressive, that the physics can handle all the stuff inside the cutscene. And everything reacts still in a relatively realistic way. It doesn't seem broken.
The cutscene isn't programmed with physics, it's the models always have collision

@Procedurallydegeneratedjohn give em a break. It's complicated work. Ain't their fault the game engine does all the heavy lifting
Peak stoicism and focus.
LMAO yes
Skif is a man of focus, committment and sheer will. I once saw him kill a Controller with a knife. A fuckin' knife!

Plenty ak’s out there
I’m more impressed Skif found all the parts to put it back together
What do you mean? They were left right where they are suppose to be. Just right under the guns, and the vodka.
I know the pieces fit
Cause I watched them fall away
@@apxutekctypa Didn't expect a Tool fan here lol
Pretty sure he put a bandage in where the gas tube is supposed to be.

0:37 it would have been so funny if he had put the sausage in the gun
As recoil buffer right?
@@samuelmendoza9356 yeah there is a lot of processed meat there that could help reducing the recoil
LOL! This was like something out of a Naked Gun movie. If only Leslie Nielsen lived longer to make a survival FPS based comedy.
I think he would have found this hilarious too, yeah I miss the Naked Gun series.
0:58 Dalin casually nudging some guns away with his feet even though those things are heavy.
The fact that he can move every individual piece is amazing.
I got this game because of the guns. The more I watch your videos covering the smaller things built within the game the more I like it. Great work.

kept getting PTSD with each grenade falling off the table
*accidentally grabs the sausage and assembles it into the rifle*
Hey, this is how my work table looks!
hey didn't know we can simulate asmons room in this game😃
You should have put tons of beer everywhere to make Colonel Korshunov look like a raging alcoholic.
Its oddly satisfying
The Halo 2 BGM is just Chef's kiss for this scene lmao.
was waiting for this comment
Moders: This is going to be fun
I like most of items being push away not launching into the sky , very good 10/10
"PROVE ME YOU'RE REAL SOLDIER! PICK THAT GUN!"
*Takes a sausage*
Real: me preparing to do homework:
Every item in this game has physics.
This is so rare for modern games.
Didn't realize the Colonel and Dr. Dalin were hoarders.

"Yeah my room's pretty clean"

2 hours later.
Looked almost like he was about to slot in a salami at one point..
Well done. That's some funny shit! :)
Please do this but with sausages only
Omg This cutscene, I never thought someone would do this before the cutscene never crossed my mind
How is your pc not on fire right now from all of the physics happening?
yes
Maybe
Probably

No wonder the Colonel didn't have make luck against the Monolith. He's a slob.
All the click-clacks of those medkits😆
I started looking around when I heard granade sound 0:28
Wasn't expecting it at all😂
Lol the time it would have taken to set this up. Respect.
just dumping your whole backpack, then carrying a full one from the stash and dumping it again, im a hoarder so it comes easy for me
This is so funny! 😂Also props for using "Peril" from Halo 2.
I imagined him taking the sausage instead of the spring :D
I'm watching this, and I can not stop LAUGHING!!! 😂
Haha 😂. The Colonel placed the AK back on the desk for me and knocked it into The Director. I found that funny. But this is hilarious 😂
Colonel Jesus, when was the last time you cleaned this place, what kind of hermit have you become.
Pretty sure sausage goes first, here
It's Xmas in the Zone
Huh, what are they doing in my room?!
Aaaah yes the Asmongold playthrough.

I waited for Skif to insert a sausage instead of gas tube
Bro brought the Zone in this room

The video ended but I still hear the bottles 👀
Halo 3 music in the background is money
Halo 2 music in the background is money I mean

Stalker 2 but the cutscene with Prigozhin is located at the Sultanskaya location
