Treehouse Utopia truly lives up to its name, with sweeping views of the Sabinal River, prehistorically sized trees, and the starlit sky that stretches over Hill Country.
Treehouse Utopia has four luxury treehouses: Chapelle, Chateau, Carousel, and Biblioteque.
The treehouses range from 400 square feet around a single tree to 580 square feet over two stories, nestled in a grove of cypresses. They come with most of the amenities of a modern hotel stay, including electric lighting, hot and cold running water, heating and air conditioning, toilets, tiled showers, and high-speed WiFi.
With their prodigious scope and artful architecture, these four treehouses represent the culmination of Pete's 30 years of experience designing and building the most fantastical treehouses for folks around the world.

Food is expensive as well and you don't really have a choice of what's on the menu for the evening but it is excellent food.
Agree. They are lovely units in a charming secluded location, but truly not worth the rate being charged, simply because they are built in trees. Bear in mind, these were built in late 2018, before Covid decimated the economy. Many of the best B&B's no longer get the bookings, as the pool of potential guests who can afford it has dwindled.

What a contribution it would be if Pete Nelson built a lot of tree houses just for the homeless families...their kids would love to live in a tree house for 6 months to a year rent free so they can get back on their feet. All the money for the homeless could pay for them and they could use a food bank for their food supply.
