One way to check the low pressure control to make sure it's on calibration you could pick out one end of the low pressure control with a quarter inch nut put it on the gauge I'm set the pressure on the gauge on coordination with setting increase the pressure probably with CO2 see if it come on on the right pressure under pressure control and gauge must be read the same if not calibrated 95% of the time it's off calibration this is a very important test especially for a freezer box on a pump down system
I see he's working on a hill phoenix unit. I'm in the process of installing seven remoted hill phoenix systems. The boxes are sort of crappy but the condensers use Copeland compressors. A note, if the hill phoenix freezer you're installing uses a carel control, the wiring diagram will suck.
leaking solenoid will freeze up inside this is one sign short cycling leaking discharge valve on the compressor this is another one I hope there's a check while on a discharge line
Need help troubleshooting commercial refrigerator, already filled system but compressor still doesn’t run. I ran compressor independently and the compressor spins but the system has no pressure so compressor won’t run as intended. The system has no leaks
If it's frozen food application I do hot gas defrost nut ice cream temperature two-stage defrost very efficient on electricity a lot of people do not know about these type of system two-stage defrost
@@treefrogs2894 with the right equipment and diagnostic tools . Anyone can be a hero . Literally anyone. It's more difficult in the future because of our limited credibility. Thanks for that
It is very important to ask the customer what application they are using the box for frozen food or ice cream determine defrost setting temperature setting the amount of defrost this will increase efficiency are some people or most people do not put a one-way flow check valve on the discharge this reduce short cycling on the compressor compressor heater to prevent gas trapped oil efficiency reduce short cycling on accumulator in the winter time I usually have a strip heater wrap around accumulator with a thermostat extremely efficient balancing the system
First you pump down ONE sys not the whole rack and dump it in on the liquid side. Since its pumped down it won't be high pressure. Second, if you always have flood back sounds like you need to adjust some valves "Mr. Elite"

Ur a better man than me because water and electricity don't mix.

Heatcraft flexpak with a Hill Phoenix 5 door freezer/9 door cooler.
What should the superheat setting be? Thanks for the video
Great Video
Thanks for keeping it simple
+Jimmy Barnes ty that is my goal
very nice thank's for sharing!!!
Why the refrigerator keeps on freezing when u refeel gass
Reminded me of a Mcdonalds roof, lol.
very nice Russ

Could be a leaking solenoid valve
Or the compressor

He's got a great narration voice.
He's got a future.
From just voice acting.
Seriously!?!
Cut into 3:12 into video.
"I don't know what to do for it".
