That "Just when you thought it was safe..." line is one of the best ever ("it's only a movie..." is maybe the only other one that compares). Percy's voice gives me chills every time!
My mom took me to see this when it came out, was 6 years old at the time. Looking at it now, it really set the template for all the 80's slasher films. :)

As much as I love the first one. The second one seems to be scarier than the first one for some reason. It seems as if the stakes were higher and the tone from the first one carried over to this one but they took it up a notch.
When I seen this in the movies I loved it but now I just say when my friends talk about it I say “there not man eaters there like lil puppies in the water” I love sharks but I still love the movie.✌

Oh the animatronic definitely looks worse than the original Bruce. They showed it a little too much and the detailing isn’t as good. However it is still convincing overall and the film is great!
I would redo this film keep it exactly the same but at the very end it is revealed the shark is some kid with a shark fin, snorkel, and goggles. Great film otherwise.
@@brandonspain12345Jaws 3D had a good story but the screenwriting and effects were definitely subpar. Jaws 4 closed out the story, but did a poor job of it.

Great editing - that would have made a great action sequence with Brody's police boat and the chopper arriving as the shark attacks were taking place!
