    Beautiful scape. Rare to have find scape done using expanding foam and you are one of the pioneers in YT who are willing to share how it is done. Curiously may i ask, if the force of water not causing a uplift to your foam when water is added?
    Also i am curious about the name of the fern that you use towards the end of the video.
    Thank you.

    Beautiful setup! I realize this video is a few months old, so maybe you no longer monitor comments here, but I wanted to ask two questions. 1) How do you clean the pump and hose, and what if pump stops working? 2) How long (weeks, months, years) you usually run these types of setups? I'm asking because it looks like once the pump or hose gets clogged, it would require a complete breakdown and starting over with a new setup.

    Just found your channel. Looking to build a black water riparium and learning quite a lot from your videos! Had two questions - 1) how do you maintain the water level? I mean, as you do water changes and refill, the water level probably tends to vary slightly each time? The reason I'm asking is because 2) doesn't the changing water level leave a mineral deposit on the glass? If yes, how do you keep the glass clean? I thought I kinda got a glimpse of the mineral deposit on the glass in the second established aquarium you showed but wasn't quite sure.

    • @ferretwonderland
      @ferretwonderland  2 года назад +2

      1.I don't really care about the water level,almost the same is okay.
      2.I use the Sponge to clean the glass once a week. there won't be muchmineral deposit on the glass.

  • @glub9075

    Do you use co2 in your aquarium and also i see you are using water from another aquarium for beneficial bacteria but there isn’t really any in the water its more on surfaces like substrate, filter media and hardscape.
