So sorry Brother. Tuck was such a beautiful boy and I've always enjoyed seeing him in your videos. Some will never understand but losing a fur baby is devastating for some of us but he knew he was loved and he loved you unconditionally.

So sorry that you lost your dog. Unfortunately, 60% of Goldens will get cancer. The Golden among others are a tainted breed. Goldens in the 1970's consistently lived 19 to 21 years of age. Why are Goldens and Labs dying young and getting all types of cancers? It's ironic for my family, we were going to get a Golden until I did the research on the breed and decided against it. We got a Schipperke instead, he died of Lymphoma at 11 yrs of age. Go figure. I don't know if it's all the inbreeding, the food, environment etc, that is killing all of us and our pets. I'm so sorry for your loss, I'm still grieving after almost 3 years. I don't think I'll ever get another, I can't go through the sadness of watching him waste away and there isn't a damm thing, you can do about it.

Thanks Richard, yes I didn’t realize cancer was so prevalent in these breeds.
I’m kind of in the same mindset, I don’t think I can handle getting another dog any time soon, the pain is too much when it comes time to say goodbye.
