It's good to see IRD has taken at least this step for taxpayer awareness. However, the presentation is not effective enough. It should have been good if key steps were supported with relevant screenshots. Also, IRD officials need to understand that when a public awareness video is published, do a follow-up on public comments, questions, etc. and respond to them. That way, IRD can engage with the public and encourage taxpayers. On a different note, we hear politicians utter that government officials have the best brains in the country. Little do they know how effective, smart, and capable the private sector personnel are. The public expects IRD to be more professional and demonstrate good customer service.
if some one has payed 2324 isntallaments and what to do if there is a balance payment exists? do ird charge panelty or we can pay it with next installments mean during next tax cycle?
why IRD too late?? ird is not late... only thing is video does not information that taxpayers looking for.... usualy we submit before nov 30. you should have waited until ird atlease post some videos

I used my TIN and open the system and click "Return filling status" icon but system not show any details ... What can I do??
