do yourself a favor and disconnect the 2 wires to that switch and mount a toggle switch on the Black panel.... now you can shut the engine down with the switch or run the gas out of the carb! the combo switch and valve precludes this and a gummed up carb. results.That's my only complaint on this Genny until i did this mod.
Seems like a good option, except for two Generac models. A 1200 version for around $100 less, or a 2200 version for about $80 more than this 1400 Predator. The Predator ends up being in a weird middle ground.
Be careful, as I mentioned in the video I could not directly run my AC off the unit. I kept a power station charging off the generator then ran the AC off the power station
Unit looks brand new like most of "essentials" he uses. He is a social influencer.. doubt he will ever get hard use out of a budget generator or a solid generator like a Honda. XD
What he actually means is that in 20 years you will stilll have that Honda in good working condition where as that Buhginese budget generator won't be ! You get what you pay for !

Generators are most gas efficient at higher loads, so using a smaller sized generator to charge up LiFePO4 batteries makes sense.

People need to size gens to load, why run 2200 when you only need 1000 watts also having a small portable saves wear and tear on your expensive gens
