The UP GTi filmed outside near the barrier (20 mins in) I drove 6 hour + round trip for an ‘immaculate condition’ car. Front bumper had half been repainted still had masking tape on the grill and was orange peel paint and the rear had a scrape as well. Only offered £100 discount no good will to move any other car I was to find to a nearer dealership or anything. They didn’t even feel bad about the whole situation. Car been relisted already without the additional bits in the description of the damage.
Going out of your way to goad people and wind them up is not useful content. As a car sales executive myself I feel you go about this in completely the wrong way and you know you say the right things to get under peoples skin. Surely a better use for your time 🤣💀

They were nice and slick in the sales department, but once purchase had been agreed, the people at the next stage were some of the most ignorant I've met. Extended warranty bloke tried to bully my wife into taking it, calling her "cheap" when she refused. Lots of things promised with the car didn't materialize. Complaints department continually fob you off. Wouldn't go back there again. I reckon if you'd have gone in through the front door and said you might be interested in buying you'd have got a very different and negative reaction.
The idea behind your content is good and potentially very useful but i believe you go about things in the wrong way. Walking in to any company whilst employees are trying to work is disruptive, they have huge overheads and you are wasting salesmans/mechanics time. Having a camera and goading people at times is just as bad as a manager that's power crazy. A better attitude, briefing on arrival and respecting people's privacy would work a lot better 👍

My family have had a successful sales forecourt for 40+ years so I know a thing or two and if you went in without a camera I guarantee you you'd have totally different experiences, we deal with most of these dealerships and are generally all polite, staff changes every few months in these dealerships so there is no point in the videos, apart from testing and provoking people. Some people aren't interested in being on camera and you have to respect that. You are doing it for views and money not to help others. Not trying to argue just stating facts. If someone turned up at 1 of your old pt sessions and filmed you to profit without your permission you wouldn't be happy. Good luck, just go about it in a different way. Some auditors do, but I don't get that vibe from DJE. I get the dealership concerns, tbf but tbh, most people don't shout out their card details in public, etc. He doesn't waste time as he is advertising the cars to a large audience and is a potential customer himself. With the money he makes, he might buy one of their cars! Staff should never be unprofessional, they can ask him to leave, tbf

Watched back pretty much everyone at CarShop in Swindon found it quite awkward being filmed. There were really no good interactions with anyone then we had the unpleasant chap at the end working in the service department who gave a bad impression. All of this is somewhat ironic as CarShop's marketing is based on the "good carma" slogan. Were it me I would avoid talking about other businesses specifically that you have visited. With social media being a useful marketing tool businesses on the scale of CarShop ought to have a few members of staff who can do a quick PR job on visitors doing a video like this. For me behaving in the way that we witnessed can only bring bad karma on CarShop in Swindon. Thank you.
The "this could be a good advert for you" angle doesn't really fly. They will have their own marketing team and they will want to be in control of how their brand is advertised. They don't need or want RUclipsr's promoting the business for them.
The front of cars are ugly with that big license plate sprawled across the grille. The rear tag is huge too but tolerable since it's in the rear, but that big front one ruins the car's look. For example, at 17:43
