My mt3608 module is burning… 2 times it got burn when connected to output of bms… bms is having 11.76 V output, which i am giving as a input to mt3608 and some spark is coming from vin… if i rotate the screw of mt3608 nothjng happens and at one point circuit is burning. Please help asap.
Your step up module might be faulty. Check the module at shop, give the module 12v and adjust the screw and check in multimeter that voltage is adjusting or not.
Also use 3 battery and use 3s bms board 10 or 20 a
@@KumawatNitesh step up module is having micro usb port when i am giving 12V from power bank it is working properly. But when i give 11.7 V from Bms then step up module output is 11.7 V and after rotating screw it is not changing and after sometime the step up module is burning. I have tried 3 step up module from different store. Also it is working properly when power bank is connected.

Jo bms board use kia hna vo yahi kaam krta h. Battery ko deep discharge and overcharge protection deta h.
Jab light rhti h to power direct adaptor se milti h router ko or jab light chali jati h tab battery se power use hota h.
Battery Management System (BMS) Board jo use kia h vo yhi kaam krta h.
Jab battery full charge hi jati h tab vo usse charge krna bnd kr deta h or direct power supply krta h adaptor to router. And jab battery discharge ho jati h light na rhne pr tab ye usse vaps charge kr deta h.

Yes ap without switch use kia bhi bana skte ho. Jab light nhi rhega to automatically battery se output ayega or light ane k bad battery bhi charge hoga or router bhi chlega
no need of step up module if you are using battery in series as they will provide 12v almost

Yes you can, but you have to look for 6 cell bms board

Yes it's safe from overcharging. We have used BMS for that purpose only.

Yes it will work, but you have to use bms board which gives 13v and 2.5A output

Yess.
How many batteries can I connect with mt3608 module?
It's not on batteries it's on voltage the voltage range for this setup module is 2 to 24 V. Means it can handle upto 24Vol. More than this can burn it.
If you will connect in series it will increase voltage. But in parallel the voltage will remain same so you can connect more.

Ha battery konsa bhi rho bms chaiye, bms board battery ko overcharger and deep discharge se bachata hai high and fluctuating voltage s bhi protection deta hai. And ap bms board pe ye dono batteries ek sath nhi connect kr skte bms se connect krne k lia same capacity (mah) k batteries chaiye. Ya to app 2 2500 mah k 2 battery use kro and 2s 10a bms use kro. Ya 5000 mah ka ek hi battery use kro and 1 s 10a bms use kro
