Great review! One option that might address a lot of the downsides you mentioned is Kegland's Digiboil. It is typically $200 USD and drops down to $150 on sale. It is a bit larger but using it for BIAB you can do smaller batches. Brewzilla addons also fit the digiboil, so you can add a false bottom too!
I have looked at the Brewzilla as well for a electric brew kettle and is a good reasonably priced alternative. I just havent purchased it as the smallest size is too big for my brewing needs. I really just wish someone would make a smaller all in one electric brew kettle similar to the clawhammer system. Happy brewing!
I upgraded to the Clawhammer last year but still routinely use my Gigawort for smaller brew days. I will agree that a brew basket as an added accessory would be a huge plus! Cheers Sir!
5 gallon batches typically call for 2.5 galloms of wort so this should still suffice shouldn't it? Looking for a cheap option to brew outside this summer haha
How are you looking to use the gigawort? Extract, BIAB, as a mash tun? I use this all the time to make 3 gallons preboil using a BIAB and brew outside with a simple extension cord

I really wish clawhammer would make a 5 gallon kettle version of their 110v system as I would immediately buy it.
Cheers and happy brewing!

@@RecipeswithBen extract at the moment, plan on moving to all grain some time this year haha
@@OutOfBodyGaming Then this is a good option as it is easy to switch between the two only needed a mesh bag to do BIAB for all grain.
