I think this version is the easiest I’ve found. You could always just leave out the left hand since it’s mostly bass notes and just play the right hand part if you want!

Is this played with a pedal?
Yes! It generally follows the chords in the left hand so whenever you switch, you lift off and push back down right as you’re hitting the next chord.
