I've been importing, translating, and playing them for 15 years now. Great video, and have fun getting into this world of baseball games! I recommend trying older spirits versions via any means. 2014, 2015 are very good games, and ffun to play with Ohtani. The Ps2 releases are fantastic as well.
Konami created 3 games in the 90s with what you are describing games like MLB The Show but those games are not licensed by the MLB teams only the MLB Players Association

They did in 2007 and 2008 MLB Power Pros and 2006 and 2009 weren't realsed in the Sates.
