Meditation is not about something that "works" its about losing everything that doesn't work and realizing you worked perfectly all along without all the stuff. Your natural state is bliss. You have been avoiding your natural state your whole life with other stuff. Some people even are deluded by their meditative practice and it becomes a religion and becomes "stuff" which then hinders them even more. If you are wondering what new spiritual trinkets you can wear to look more spiritual that's just one example of being mislead by spirituality. Another example is someone who is so addicted to information that they become "Informationally Obese"
A person who has read a thousand books and discovered a thousand things may be less enlightened than another so simply says "I will just be kind"
What's missing from the world is not "How to do" The internet is littered with "How to do"
    It's "How to Be"

I really think you guys are forgetting there are like 100+ different forms of meditation. And all depending on which one you focus on...is the thing in which you're working on lolol

    • @zoelewis4219

The how to do is important tho bc certain practices like meditation and yoga (bc theres a lot of different forms of that too) and magic practices need to be properly taught and researched before engaging in them bc they're very specific forms of practices created to help in very specific ways all teaching you to be a certain way yes but everyone has their own path and different types of practices that better suit them on their journey. So you need to be educated on the history of where your practices came from, the ideology that was created by the vedics before religion turned it more into rule books rather than guidebooks. To carry out any of those practices I believe needs to be respected through proper education and research and real effort finding out where these traditions came from to be aware of what they're truly for specifically

And the thing about the "trinkets" is so funny cause you're right but in a sense its still egotistical to think someone cant be prideful in their practices. And to not take into consideration the 100s of different through a 100 generations all traditionally wear certain garments and symbols and jewelry to tighten their connection to higher plane on a day to day when they're not meditating. Like wearing certain crystals to balance your energy bc you have certain anxieties or wearing tribal rings all over your fingers bc they make you feel more balanced, or like the bindi in hindu culture. Which is an example of both our points actually, bc in western cultures stupid fuckin "enlightened" ppl will put a bindi on their fuckin forehead but they're not even aware of what it represents, which a married woman in hindu culture, but it also is a symbol to enhance, balance, and ward off evil from the third eye

@@frankdeezy5945 hi, have you downloaded the headspace app? You get 10 free meditations for beginners and it helps me get back into meditating and reminds me of the techniques to use. I wouldn’t pay for membership because every basic meditation is the same. But the techniques are great for calming, relaxing, breathing, and getting you into that space where you can carry on meditating. I listen to a ten minute meditation and when it’s finished, I carry on for another ten minutes, letting thoughts come and go, and gently guiding my thoughts back to my breathe. Not denying thoughts or resisting them, but letting them fly by, and gently guiding my mind back to the breathe. I find headspace free meditation starts me off and gets me into the chilled, relaxed, meditative state of mind. The honest guys also have excellent meditations here on RUclips. Wish you well!

I had tried a meditation app, after a few sessions sensed enough to understand I could, with practice, possibly achieve an altered conciousness. I haven't meditated in a while, I know I need to, but I did eventually achieve a new perspective. Even if only for a while afterward, stress, depression, lack of control in my life took a back seat. The world could be viewed with a new perspective, the world would be a much better place if everyone could reset their mind and stop their endless thought processes of depression, hatred, and hopelessness.

I concentrate on something, then I need a friend, or a holiday, same thing. Why leave out the world, when it can solve all the worlds problems? Meditation works for me and this is my experience. Deep breathing first to focus the mind and lower the heart rate. When breathing out, rest in your heart centre. This helps stop the internal dialogue.
Once your brain slows down it's chatter, just observing, then you become present, in the moment. You can hear the birds sing, and have a greater awareness then LET GO, allow yourself to let go, go deep into the darkness and loose yourself, there your being becomes part of consciousness, you are multidimensional. You cease to be your body,. You are energy that is connected to every-thing.
Group or mass meditation can change the vibration of the general consciousness on earth to a higher state of frequency if there are enough people taking part, however it has to be above a critical mass. This is normally hosted by a master who guides the meditation. You would focus on blessings, healing and bringing forth brilliant white light from the divine and channel it to all the beings and also the earth it's self, these type of meditations run parallel to astrological events, like last Thursday morning for example where to new moon was at its strongest at 09.00 am London time.

practicing meditation lessens the inflammatory response in people exposed to psychological stressors, particularly for long-term meditators. According to neuroscience research, mindfulness practices dampen activity in our amygdala and increase the connections between the amygdala and prefrontal cortex. Both of these parts of the brain help us to be less reactive to stressors and to recover better from stress when we experience it.

Transcendental meditation works. You and you alone are what you perceive you are...when you take control and responsibility of what you percieve...then that is who you will be. I believe this starts with music as it changes your mood...you are able to take this in yourself...no one can do this but you yourself...you are able to balance what you percieve...you can balance the good and evil perceptions when you, realize your weaknesses...this can only be done by going within...when you pinpoint the problem...which can only get there through PAIN. Once you pinpoint the WHY'S you can correct this in how you PERCEIVE....what hurts can be fixed if you want to take the time.

I suggest, don't intellectualize it (meditation) so much, but rather do it. Get others to do it with you and see how it feels. Remember there is always freedom of choice. The effects of group meditations for instance, to increase peace, love and harmony in the world, elevates those vibrations so that they are readily available and more desirable than their opposite vibrations, so like a river, consciousness may follow the path of least resistance bringing about more peace, love and harmony in the external world. The more important question might be for each of us to experience the answer to, "how does meditation effect me?" Meditation is letting go and allowing, and rather than making something happen, letting it happen. The cork naturally bobbs up to the top of the water, because that is the nature of it. In the same way, Peace, Love and Harmony are our natural state in being, so given the opportunity, we will naturally float to the top of that.

As it is taught - change you and everything else around you changes and meditation in a group is more powerful if you have developed virtues like patience and compassion and begin to practice it in order to accumulate merit so you can dedicate the merit produced to your aims.

Meditation frustrates me. Especially guided meditation. I keep coming back to it because I want to be able give my brain and body a rest, but I just sit there trying to let go and relax while thinking about some argument I got into when I was 14. Guided meditation is especially frustrating, when I've got someone telling me to visualise a light scanning through my body. I end up more focused on why I can't do that than actually meditating. I'll keep coming back though.

I've practiced meditation for over a decade; and I can say without a doubt - that it has positively affected my life. To the point where I am no longer homeless. There are other extraordinary things which I don't feel comfortable sharing on such a public platform, which have occurred and continue to occur; however... the greatest benefit has been how the lens through which I see myself has shifted greatly; and this leads me more towards a desire to connect with people on a deeper level. When I look at people... I can have an argument with them; but I no longer confuse their thinking, opinions, or their behavior with who they are at the core as a fellow spiritual being. Therefore, I can disagree with them totally; and even their value system; yet (at my best) feel compassion towards them in their own journey and wish them well; even if they are attacking me. It is not that I don't protect myself; or that I am naive; it is simply that, again, I don't confuse a temporal personality shift or even underlying life current with LIFE FORCE and LIFE INTELLIGENCE.
Therefore, when I hate someone for whatever reason; I know that I am CHOOSING to do this. I'm not perfect and doing this CAN be of benefit; just like utilizing anger as a MOTIVATING ENERGY can be of benefit when used in the right way.
Great talk. And I agree. Consciousness, barring more information at the moment... indeed seems to act like a field; but NOT TOTALLY. Because then military practices of remote viewing would be limited by distance; where distortion of signal or even loss or disintegration of signal would square with the distance between the viewer and the object or person or event being viewed. And that does not seem to occur. At least, not that I am aware of.
Thus, consciousness, in many respects acts like a field; and other's is irrespective of the kinds of boundaries that we seem to witness with regard to other fields like gravity or electromagnetism.

I have paid and attended the course and believe that it should be taught for free. There are too many souls out there struggling. So heres a brief (although full) description of what you would be taught over 4 days and at whatever cost you have to pay wherever you are. if you search for 'TM mantra list' you'll find that info though as its a meaningless word it really doesnt matter (It does have to be a meaningless word though) but it does allow you to see what the teacher would have said. Other than that. Find a comfortable and quiet spot. Close your eyes and relax. Spend maybe 1 min finding some quiet.I was told 'Lets find some quiet'Notice external noises and acknowledge how you feel and think. . Now after a min or 2 (if you wish) begin to introduce your mantra.. Repeat for initially lets say 10 mins but work your way up to 20 and beyond. Theres no trick or mystery. When thoughts arise acknowledge them and re introduce your mantra. You will find you breath slowing way down along with your thoughts and more often than not (but not always) i find myself in a lovely quiet 'cozy' (if thats the right word)andwonderful place. its that simple. repeat often, though they say twice day
. There is nothing more too it than that. If you still think you need to attend the course . Great. If you think you are going to invoke whichever of the 1000's of gods. Fine. All i'm saying is here are the instructions to turn on this 'tap'. If you want a drink of water , go for it. IF YOU FEEL TERRIBLE ABOUT NOT PAYING FEEL FREE TO GIVE TO AN ANIMAL CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE.

    TRUTH
Example of how when millions of minds when focused in ONE Direction can make a change
Our farmers in Australia were suffering terribly from drought no rain
So people put together a concert to raise money for struggling farmers, advertised it, got Well known singers/celebrities behind it to PUT it all over social media etc, all the big companies set up a buy a bail of hay for a farmer, so people could easily help support so basically nearly the Whole of Australia was FOCUSED on the farmers FOCUSED on wanting to Help the Farmers, Within ONE week it RAINED in all the places that were drought stricken, it RAINED for 3 days
This is just an example of what can happen when millions of people are focused on achieving a POSITIVE OUTCOME for others
For Myself Meditation changed my life, I use meditation to CREATE myself my life How I want it to be any changes I want to see with my physical eyes I go in & see it within my minds eye first, I always see with my physical eyes that which I first created Within my minds Eye
I call it ... Meditation for Creation 🤔🙌✌💖

Meditation as most people use the word is a modern invention but which draws ifrom ancient practices and traditions. The breadth of its usage as a term spans present day religions, cultural/spiritual movements, and has even entered into business culture - this makes its impossible to adequately to sum up what meditation actually is. Early Buddhist texts, such as the Pali canon do not actually have a word for meditation as we would understand it. Bhavana - is used in the original Pali, the language of what is known as the historical Buddha. It is usually translated as cultivation as it applies to the mind -and specifically the development of samma samadhi - right concentration. In the Buddhist sense bhavana - or meditation if you prefer - can either be wrong or right. It’s certainly possible to develop the wrong kind of meditation too. The meditation which the Buddha recommends is the kind that is developed in conjunction with 7 other factors, which includes ethical behaviour and the right understanding of what the ‘problem of being alive’ really is.

      @malachimovies 4 года назад

@Jordan P So there is no art or science of meditation, no correct way to do it, no way to compare one person's experience with another's. I can read porn while standing on my head and say I am meditating.

    • @malachimovies
      @malachimovies 4 года назад

@Jordan P I take your point. But how then do you distinguish meditation from relaxation? Or do you? One person tries to shut down the mind and falls asleep, another becomes anxious. I'm wondering how there can be anything specifically definable as meditation when outcomes may differ and subjective experiences can not be compared. Mahesh claimed very specific results for meditation as he taught it and a specific method too. Within the systems Vivekananda taught there were huge differences between Bhakti (emotional) and Jnana (unemotional). So I'm afraid that if we say it is anything a person does while relaxing the mind you are excluding a wider discussion. Pandit Gopi Krishna wanted scientific testing of meditation experiences because he thought there was a precise teleology towards kundalini awakening. And Huxley and Castenada thought Mescalin and psilocybin would do the job. If we reject the systems and the conflicting theories then perhaps all we are left with is that it is good to sit still and be calm - which, of course, it is.

It CANNOT be known from BOOKS, neither can it be known on a 'MENTAL LEVEL!' ..and NO ONE can even TELL us, what the Truth IS!
But to KNOW The TRUTH, as ABSOLUTE....can ONLY be

I.e. ..If you told a Child NOT to touch a CANDLE. ..NO MATTER what you SAID, or HOW you said IT,...they will STILL touch it, ...and ONLY then will they know the ABSOLUTE truth, in what you told them... so thus...on a mental level, the TRUTH can not be known!

And so thus. 'NOW' ...The TIME has COME, that GOD, can be "PROVEN" .. ...on our CNS!
To SEEK the TRUTH is not the MUNDANE or 'WORLDLY' TRUTHS, but IT is INWARDLY, on a subtle level, this IS the PURE desire, because ALL other desires, are just like, mirage! World PEACE cannot be ACHIEVED by exposing non truths , or by demonstration and waving a PLACARD...but it can ONLY be achieved by achieving or acsent and connecting to the Universel truth of the Spirit! We all must Become 'COLLECTIVELY CONSCIOUS' The Spirit where we ARE, is the ONLY Collective part, in us ALL!
SELF REALISATION .... IS the STARTING POINT. ..of reality!
Sahaja yoga is different from other 'yogas' BECAUSE it STARTS with SELF REALISATION!!! . ...Instead of THAT being an 'Unobtainable GOAL,....of a FALSE Practice or a Ritual!
BTW Sahaja Yoga is NEVER ritualistic, but is a protocol, to achieving our SECOND BIRTH! Watch SHREE MATAJI public programme talks, at the end of these talks, the HOLY MOTHER gives SELF REALISATION, as an ACTUALISATION and not as a Nonsensical FALSEHOOD!!!
To KNOW THY SELF, is to BECOME thy SELF. ...our TRUE Self....The SPIRIT! ....Which is what we ARE....but it is also that, which we MUST also 'BECOME! ...'BECOMING'. ... IS THE POINT! ruclips.net/video/0STVhjA0jnA/видео.html

What is freedom ? What is education and how does it affect the human.
I was brought up as a roman catholic in Belfast.
I was not only divided on the inside but also a divide in the society i grew up in.
The divide and rule game was ingrained in me by the 'religion' on the inside and outside by authority.
Divisions that cause conflict. All that reflected in the self. A manufactured self.
Similar divisions in most societies. Us and them. High self - low self always in conflict.
All created by thought which is matter stored in the brain. That is our reality.
Our totally messed up and confusing world is the product of thought.
All the Cathedrals and Mosques, Temples, Ashrams built and books contained therein,, all the product of thought.
    And what is Meditation ?
Meditation happens when 'you' a product of what's written above is not operating. And that is our difficulty.
Because thought dominates the human. There is no space for the other to come in.
Thought operates in the material world,, learning a skill, solving a problem etc etc.
It brings time and control to the table. And it controls the self. Does not like to be ignored.
Now can you live without it when it is not needed ? You do have 5 other senses.
An eagle will nick a lamb from its mother, take it up 1000 ft and then drop it onto the rocks below.
    Ah dinner.

A lot of people who choose to meditate for the first few times suddenly experience the circus that exists in their mind as a natural consequence of the missing everyday distractions that are usually there. This includes praying as well because the focus on something in particular masks this circus. There is always some kind of resistance when trying something new and expecting results quicker than is possible is reason enough as to why we should all be meditating to begin with.
I suspect that there would also be some resistance to meditation because it’s a practice originating in the East and for many people who subscribe to other religions might perceive this as conflicting. They might even fear experiencing positive results from it and what this might imply given that they pray for the same reasons. Give yourself permission and allow the madness to take place while you’re mediating and it won’t be too long before it quietens down allowing you to benefit from its absence. Faith is not required to reap its benefits hence no betrayal to your commitment of choice in other doctrines.

The moment you meditate because you want to gain something or attain something, You are not meditating . Meditation is like music , like dancing . You dance for the sake of it . There is nothing to attain or to gain while dancing ! You do it because you love it as it is . The more you dance the more flexible you body becomes . But flexibility isn't the reason you dancing . So in exactly the same way, meditation is an art form, a way of living. Meditation is not a "diet" nor a "medicine" . 🖐🏻🙏🏻❤️

The idea which we are evolving from, that doing all the things a person can do but do it better than anyone else, is grinding to a halt. The earth won’t sustain that paradigm in the medium to long term. Duality has outlived it’s usefulness. The idea which was secretly hinted at 2, 3, 4 thousand years ago, that each of us is actually connected to an infinite, omniscient, omnipresent and loving Oneness is just beginning to emerge NOW. It’s not a big deal, although it is, that we will be “forced” to evolve or face a reset. Either way, I am okay with it. Oneness is THE TRUTH. I love the fact that, with practice I can begin to move past the duality piece and however briefly at first, access the Oneness. Then I get to exercise seeing that Oneness in everyone I encounter. It’s a lot of work, or not, but it is doable. And perhaps now more than any other time in history. Remember, the folks who dis-covered this through the years, inevitably had people come forward who wanted those who had made access, to take responsibility for them. This is what has to be different this time. All sentient beings must find enlightenment. Yeah, it’s just the way it is. Meditation is a tool. The Truth dictates the Path.

The different postures - standing, bending over, prostration and sitting while keeping our gaze on the ground one might observe in the ritual (as suggested by a cleric from Indonesia I watched recently) corresponds with the different physical and cultural expressions of submission and accepting of God’s will on us individually - a central creed in the faith.

In UG BiomedSci I realised somewhat happily 👩‍🔬⚗️🧬 just coz ‘we’ don’t have a device ‘to measure’ .. (phenomena) doesn’t mean there is nothing to observe. They said, it doesn’t seem to be widely acknowledged when building knowledge empirically?? Hey man can’t stop progress! Hey but should we at least just see if our models still fit, or close enough does the relative job. KPIs.. stats.. funding.. prestige.. no bells! Ah that was helpful thank ful thsnk ful 🙏

Interesting when Russell said that the ocean would be the same on a molecular level.Would it? There are constant currents from upwelling from hydrothermal vents etc, so there is a continuous changing of heat, dissolved minerals etc; but if you stand back and look at the ocean as a whole,it appears 1 entity.
Just an observation, said in love

Join Jon Kabat-Zinn's guided meditation session on Zoom every Monday - Friday at 16:00pm. Very insightful. We engage in a guided meditation and then people are given a window to ask questions or offer comments. Useful for beginners or experienced meditators...though I believe we all attain the beginners mind when we practice :)

Meditation absolutely works! I’ve used it my whole life and after contracting meningitis in 2015, I couldn’t sleep more than 5 minutes. I started using meditation to recreate the physical sensations from my memory and retrained my brain to release the hormones necessary to sleep. I can sleep 3-4 hours now.

I think meditation is most effective when its done under instructions of a master. Because as it was said once, a person can become very good at sitting down in a meditative posture and sleep. In this case it can be said that meditation is not meditation at all.

We can't just make up forces of nature willy-nilly. Meditation makes people calmer and more clear-minded, which is great. But it has nothing to do with "a field of consciousness".

I'm currently 33 years old. I still struggle with alcohol and mental illness.
At around 20, I was diagnosed with schizophrenia/psychosis, and was bombarded with an array of debilitating drugs. Zombifying, consciousness-thieving, hospitalising (bla bla bla).
    After 5 years of the medication I was on, living in the homeless system, I found myself 'getting in to', meditation. Although my practice was unguided, erratic, potentially, irreversibly-psychologically, dangerous as fuck;
Within 3 weeks of meditation, I just stopped my meds. And I never, ever touched them, again.
I'll never understand it. But, it occurred.
In absolute bi-polaris contrast, though, my (uneducated and unguided) continued practices led me into a severe state of psychosis, where I ended up in the cells, with 3 powerfully 'demonic', repetitively-defeating, swirling and attacking voices within my perception...'in my head'. (My mind snapped after 4 or 5 hours of naive meditation, focused primarily in the centre of my head).
I've had glimpses of and tasted both the unfathomable depths of the personal-connective-magic, and the extraordinary, potential, danger of meditation.
I think meditation could save the world....But with the assumed insanity and erratic-ness of the average, modern mind; it has to be done, very carefully. I believe.

@Tian Vermonntemg We all have voices of varying loudness in our heads depending on the depth of our reflectiveness. In dreams we hear things so clearly that we believe them and are effected profoundly. The dream voices are attached to memories we made during a time when our critical mind was undeveloped or forced into unconsciousness by fear. Call these memories trauma. Our life situations trigger memories of trauma. Listen to the voices for qualities that can tell you who they originated from. Think like a hypnotist and guide the voice by dialoguing with it. Pretend to be a therapist and ask questions of it. Imagine it is a spirit entity that needs to tell you something. Be kind to it and assure it that things will be ok. The whole of life is pretend anyway. If none of the above things work, hug a tree and ask for help. Be specific in a request for healing.

@Tian Vermonntemg Excellent. You have identified their behavior. That is the first step to controlling your response to "them."
Re frame their behavior as 'children needing your attention'. You will take away their power by seeing the truth that your silent witness is beyond being hurt.
It's the meaning you are putting on what they say that is keeping them alive. You are expecting them to be reasonable but they are cracked records made up from things you have been told as a child when you were looking for attention.
Imagine meeting those abusers and quietly observing them. Offer them nothing but your presence. Look them in the eyes. They are circuits in your mind that you can pull the plug on. ie. just like a real live Narc that
feeds off hurting people to balance the pain they suffered as a child.
Study Lucid Dreaming. The objective is to be awake in your dreams without shattering the dream. To observe the deeper world of yourself. Don't believe anything.

@Tian Vermonntemg You're very welcome. I hope your experiences of voices will become a resource for something creative.
A lot of people find religion through hearing voices. This can be a tragic lock down into obedience to a cult such as Christianity. If you want to see full blown insanity, visit a Charismatic Pentecostal Church. I hope you also realize you are a God in a universe of your own imagination.
Wonderful healings can occur in the space that your silent witness (I am presence) observes. Early Eckhart Tolle talks really home in on that power. The Power of Now.

I don't know? I'm not going to get all woo woo. But I am going to do something with the golden ratio. There is something weird with networks I guess. Like, apparently the size of any given network is given by the number of connections each person has to the power of how many degrees of separation there is between each person. So for example if each person has 26 friends on average, and we're all separated by an average of seven degrees of separation then the size of the population will be 26 to the power of 7, which equals just over 8 billion. Or to put it another way, 7 = ln(8billion)/ln(26).
But you could get the number 7 from any combination of ln(x)/ln(y). For example if you had a cube with 6 vertices, then each of the vertices will have 3 connections each. So we could just do ln(6)/ln(3) = 1.631.... its a messy number. I don't know what bizarre shape would have such a combination as to give 7 as an answer.
But let's forget about shapes. What if we just had x and y to be less than one? - well then merely x is y to the power of 7. But here something interesting happens. If x is 0.20345, then to get x you just do y to the power of seven - which is 0.79654 to the power of 7. And what you may see is that 0.20345 + 0.79654 = 1. This is the same for any power you use, x + y will equal 1.
The golden ratio is another example of this. The square of the gloden ratio, 0.618033989... is 0.3819660116. Both these numbers added together equal 1.
By converting the numebrs to less than one, what I've done something very similar to what is known as 'Pareto Distributions' - it is something that Jordan Peterson talks about a lot - for example the 80/20 rule (that 80% of the wealth goes to 20% of the people). If you look at what I did with using values to the power of 7 (relating to 7 degrees of seapration), then you may notice that we have 0.20345 and 0.79654 as our values - these how you get the 80/20 rule, 0.2 represents 20% of the population and 1 - 0.2 (0.8) represents 80% of the wealth. So why not have a golden ratio rule of wealth distribution LOL?
I don't know enough to critically evaluate them. But there are network theories of physics that attempt to unify the non-compatable theories of quantum mechanics and general relativity. In physics you find a lot of squared values and square roots and pi turning up a lot.
The icosidodecahedron (a shape with 12 pentagons and 20 rectangles - similar to a football) seems to pop up a lot with theores of space time. A weird thing you can do is take a globe and then pick a point on the equator, then draw a line such that you go up 10 degrees of latitude for every 20 degrees of longitude you go across (so the line has a gradient of 0.5). You will reach the north pole by one half turn of the globe. And if you look at the globe from above you'll see it forms a fibonacci spiral (made from the golden ratio). Something really interesting happens if you then repeat this pattern on a icosidodecahedron, and even weirder if you were to then shrink that shape down by 0.618 (the golden ratio) of it's size and then put it inside another globe with the same icosidodecahedron pattern - ever noticed how a spiral on a flat sheet of paper looks like it's going off into the distance?.. Well imagine that with 60 spirals on one sphere, and then 60 inside that and 60 inside that and so on to infinity, with all the various spirals connecting up with each other in different ways depending on how you rotated the whole lot by viewing them in different orientations. A bit mad. But, I guess there's nothing in it. Nah, nothing of any significance...

I've discoverd so many practices and, secrets to strengen and empower my body, but meditation keeps you calm and collective and keeps you connected to your spiritual and higher self, and it's the only thing that's caused a true separation after around a year I was able to astral project to different realitys. And see beautiful huge magical landscapes, some worlds are purple in hue and enb abit like a game one world had a purple sky and beautiful blue stars 😍✨ and I went to this steam punk world. There was massive castle with like prepllers keeping it up, and there was loads of other flying houses and shops every where. Get meditating people also happy to share how to enter the astrals. But exercise caution you'll be going to a limitless reality with limitless possibilitys

I think that in order to get more people into meditation, we need to cut out misconceptions and false views on it, since if people see those views and discover them to be garbage, they might think that the whole meditation thing is garbage. We shouldn't believe in anything anti-scientific like what the guest presented about meditation having cause-effect relationship with global crime, etc. Meditation has a direct impact on the meditator, helping them to break free from their learned traumatic experience, including criminals. So, yes, there could be less criminals in the world because of meditation, but not through any sort of magical and new agey "global consciousness field". This view is, indeed, garbage, and people need to understand that corelation is not the same as causation. However, meditation does indeed work and could be transformative for the world.
