100% agree with you on declining offers. I have the same exact philosophy and do exactly what you do. Lowball offers get instantly declined, I'm not wasting time countering this person who's just going to counter back +$1 on their lowball over and over again. All reasonable lower offers I will entertain and counter. People who send me multiple lowball offers after getting declined go straight to the block list. Time is money.
@@cazralin2668 I personally don’t block people over it. That’s giving them too much energy in my opinion. I’d rather list another item. Thank you for your feedback and watching
@@DixonsPickins Yea that's only if they repeatedly send lowball offers over and over. Blocking them saves more time vs declining the offers indefinitely until they stop.
Just signed up for my call. Thank you so much!! I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! You have no idea what an answered prayer you are for me today. I look forward to speaking with you and hopefully, getting rid of inventory!!
I had a offer on a 20.00 item...they did 9.00....i countered 15.00 they came back with the same 9.00 so instead of declining i went 17.00....lol.....they hurried up and offered the 15.00....lol....bet they didnt expect that
You need to teach how to price my items. I do look at solds. Send offers and coupons and post daily. I also do look at solds. I am selling a few in the last couple of days. I do crosslist as well.
It may be bad, but I decline low ball offers and anything much lower than 50% off my sales prices unless I've had it up for a long time. I try to price at market, and like you said most people who low ball aren't serious about buying the item anyways. It may hurt me with the algorithm, but I'm trying a new strategy of promoting, listing at a fair price and turning off offers all together. I have noticed more full price sales.

Holy Cow....to see you monthly only at 8k and that being up 40% is carazyyyyyyy. I never thought I would see your numbers so low. This is honestly very discouraging to see. I also recently was forced to take a few month break due to having to get a job from lack of consistent sales and am down about 60% from normal. I really hope these numbers can be turned back around and I am able to get back to the 3k a week I was consistently doing for years up until last year...

Maybe 5 a day. Something small and manageable. You don’t want to over spend until you start selling enough to buy more inventory. Take it slow until you’re at least selling half of what you list each day. Don’t increase until you’re selling 5 a day
I’m waiting for the inevitable “you didn’t net that amount” comment. We all know this is gross!

same, if someone is offering you 5 bucks on a 40 dollar item they aren't serious about buying it anyway in my experience.
@ exactly

Same. It annoys me

I say Tyson too. He has much more experience and is quicker but Jake is younger and bigger. It’ll be a good one

Hey there Dixon… quick question for you. As a beginner what do you think it’s a reasonable amount of listings per day?
Maybe 5 a day. Something small and manageable. You don’t want to over spend until you start selling enough to buy more inventory. Take it slow until you’re at least selling half of what you list each day. Don’t increase until you’re selling 5 a day

How do you give back money on shipping?
@@susanphelps9674 you go into the order details to the drop down menu and send refund. You choose the amount you want to give back and go
Are you still moving to FL?
I don’t think so. I’ve got too much going on where I live right now. If I still do it will be much later
