Ended my week of practice with this one today instead of yesterday. Wasn't feeling like doing any physical activity today, but I again just went out and started walking and then afterwards rolled out my mat and started the video. I'm feeling proud of myself today. I've been honestly doing yoga practice every single day and I am getting better each day. Splits have been a weak part of my mine. Even today, I did this practice with three breaks in between. 60 minute practice done in 80+ minutes but I'm happy, I made it. I enjoyed this practice. I haven't stretched for a while so I felt in the hip flexors and quads which are painfully tight. I felt super relaxed afterwards. Loved it.

Is it really week £? OMG 😵 Incredible effective: this video has all! 1. warmup, standing sequence, stretches and shavasana. 2. Is perfect for beginners to approach all the work behind front split 3. For intermediate level practitioners to rediscover the basis and get one time slowly 4. Perfect guidance to stay focused on the practice I decided to do split finally because I feel amazingand warm enough to do it.. ( i have to work on left side that is still hard and not totally flexible... )
Practice done for week 3🙏💙 omg Marina this practice has just made a huge difference for me. Besides stretching my hamstrings of course, I had 2 revelations from your awesome explanations! Firstly, in my cobra: more back activation, less pushing from the arms. So good! Secondly, stretching my hamstrings: activate the quads to relax the hamstrings! I was able to go so much deeper today! Can you believe I never understood this before🤷 haha

Cat/cow in a triangle… What!?! Another ‘who knew’ moment today. Thank you! Also, quick question for you. In a lizard pose, my front knee always flairs out and bends more to the side, towards the ground. Is it ok? Or should I try to keep it vertical to the ground and facing the front of the mat?
hehe - love dit !!! Oh this is a popular one with lizard lunge ! Let's approach it from a different angle : WHAT do you feel when holding it this or the other way !? DO you feel the change in a stretch sensation ? Which stretch feels better ? Those answers will define how you should hold your lizard lunge. Because with lizard lunge there is no right or wrong. Wrong happens when people force their elbows down and their back is rounded and they feel and look uncomfortable. The rest is up to you. I prefer to move in lizard lunge and wiggle and explore you know. And breathe ! hope it was helpful.
