I, love the broccoli 🥦 stems!!
And if you look up the nutritional values of broccoli, the stems have more sulfuraphane than the flowers do! Which is the cancer fighting element in broccoli.. And, you should always let your broccoli sit for 20 minutes or so before you cook it. In that time it releases the sulfuraphane..
That is why broccoli sprouts are so good for you..

I was reading self help books to and just wasn’t fully into them. Then I picked up a fictional book and wow. Game changer!
I also always measure my food if it’s expensive or I want even portions!! So glad there’s someone else out there like me 😅😅
