Love & BIG HUGS to you Stace!

Will definitely try this for my next batch. I have been making a similar one which was Alison Holsts Munchy Muesli, for many years. I also add dried apple. Thank you so much for all you are doing. Looking forward to the frozen fruit video as I have a stack of blackberries and apples in the freezer. My two sisters and i are avid fans of your channel. I have decided you are the new 'Alison Holst', and that is high praise indeed. Really appreciate your work. From Southland.

We first learnt how to make granola at Intermediate School in 1980's Rotorua. I haven't made it for years. Thanks for the motivation. After the granola is baked & cooled, add freshly popped & cooled popcorn.
If the granola is too sweet after baking - you can add store bough Puff wheat, Rice bubbles or Cornflakes.

Google oil New Zealand grown and made awesome cold pressed oil. No hydrogenating chemicals ( ie dry cleaning type oil to extract oil yuk) it is also a high temp oil so can be used where you can use olive oil. Support local 😊

Hello Stacey, I really enjoy your videos, which are so interesting, helpful and relatable.
I was told by a nutritionist that in order for your body to digest and benefit from the many qualities of flax or linseeds, you must freshly grind these just before use. If you don’t, they just pass through without any benefit.
A small electric coffee grinder does a wonderful job!
Thanks again for your lovely channel.

Definitely going to give this a go, I love granola. One thing though, you should blitz the flax seed before you add it or else you won't be getting any of those good omegas as it doesn't digest whole.

Hi Stacey, I love granola and have been making it for a while. Mine uses similar ingredients but also has sourdough discard, which makes it clump up nicely without using so much of the sweet or oily ingredients, plus an extra layer of flavour and even more nutrition. I serve it with homemade muesli, fresh fruit, and yoghurt.
Very best wishes for the births of your grandbabies! I hope everything goes smoothly for you all.

Oh, I'm impatient to try this, but first I need to use up the store-bought I have on hand. That’s going to take a while, because I did that thing where you see you're running low, so you buy a backup, only to discover when you put it away that you'd already bought a backup and then forgot. 🙃🤷‍♀️ At least it was on sale.
I converted this into ounces and did a price check in US dollars. It came out to about 42 ounces. The store-bought equivalent ranges in price from US $0.66 to $1.00 per ounce, so roughly US$20 to $42 for this amount.
