Land Rover Discovery 3 (LR3) Rear Lower Suspension Arm Part 1 Removal

This time I tackle the rear right hand side (UK Vehicle) lower suspension arm on my Discovery 3, this is my improved method after making my life much harder replacing the left hand lower rear suspension arm and making a MASSIVE mistake. It's a big job, despite only being a few nuts and bolts when laid out, but as usual age and rust are the enemy, one awkward nut being the main culprit, though this time I beat Land Rover's quirky design.
