If possible, try storing the UV resin bottles upside down in a rack or the box...that might help as the resin will already be down to the tip of the bottle. I do that whenever I have any kind of bottle like that and seems to work, especially when the bottle is low. And VERY cute project!

I think you did perfectly fine and it turn out so cute :) maybe you won´t get any bubbles if you store the bottles laying down or even upside down.
