To pull this off, you need a copy of Back Mutation, any way to get Revolution Synchron into your hand, any way to put a Level 4 monster on the field, and any Field Spell. You start with bread'n'butter Revolution Synchro combo: summon a level 4 monster, synch it with Rev in hand to summon Ancient Fairy Dragon. Get access to a field spell. Pop it with AFD's effect to add Light BArrier to your hand. Activate Light Barrier. Use Rev's GY effect to revive itself as a 1. Synch it with AFD to summon any Level 8 Synchro. Activate Back Mutation, tributing your level 8 Synchro monster to summon Arcana Force XXI: The World. Congratulations, as long as you are able to put a second monster on your field(at minimum) and are able to navigate through interruptions, you are clear to skip through your opponent's next turn.

Good level 6 goes into magamut to bounce and add another bystial or dragon to hand

Tagging into a floodgate in Runick Stun is pointless, since it gets bounced during the End Phase. Edit: Oh, you did address it later on.
