Excellent lecture. Very clear and succinct. I appreciate this video. Just finished my first course in linear algebra and beginning to research additional topics between semesters. This has been very eye opening. Anyone care to explain how functions are used as vectors? I'm a bit lost with e^x as a vector.
That's an amazing content. I appreciate it... Since I only got the feature called bilinearity described quickly in my course, I got to need some extra information to make myself whether I understand that well.
Sir, are all these definitions and calculations valid for only Real Vector Space, aren't they? Could it be more educational given all in complex vector space ?
Scott, you nailed it for me. Thank you for simplifying the inner product!
OMG I love you as a professor. I can understand everything clearly.

The way he smiles and babystep to the theme!!!!!!!! THE BEST PROFESSOR EVEER
thank you so much, great lecture. Btw at 11:52 I got sqrt(136)
Yes, you are correct. The Prof. forgot to subtract the two 6s.

shouldn't 11:42 be = square root of 136?
nevermind, I saw another comment and it should be 136
This was awesome thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you!
Thank you Sir!!!
Excellent video
Thank you very much!
I want to be like Scott
So is it possible to use the arc length formula and the norm formula to calculate the length of a function?
thank you sir
Thank you sir :)
Thanks, It was very useful for me.
Greetings from Mexico. :)
Jazak Allah Khair
very clear to follow
I LOVE THIS GUY
Thanks profesor
Can anyone help me understand things at 10:00, or at least give me the link to understand it :((((
❤
Thank you so much
Does squaring both sides really prove the triangle inequality? For an algebraic equation, squaring both sides doesn't necessarily prove the equation.

I'm only 1 min into the video and I can clearly understand you. A lot of my grad professor didn't even speak english that well.
Can write inner product as instead of ?
No

bastard smile on his face
You are talking too much
Thank you sir
