The strongest Moonlight sword in all of Fromsoftware games is Armored Core 1. it does 2 hit insta kill an AC.

Well Sekiro still has white dragon that shoots magic waves from a big blue sword, it's at least a reference to Seth and mgs. It would be cool if we got prosthetic tool that does something similar though.
