I've picked up quite a few things from Temu and they've all been great. That said, I haven't and won't buy any devices that plug into AC voltage, or any complex electronics. Cheap imported chargers and devices are notorious for using no insulation between the transformer windings, very small gaps between 110v and 5v, etc etc. It's not worth it. But I did buy a non-contact body thermometer for like $4 and it seems to be the same purple and white model that gets rebranded by various places. Best of all, it correctly indicated a fever when my kid had strep a month ago. Tested against a glass/mercury thermometer, it was shockingly accurate. The plastic housing feels like you could crush it in your hands if you wanted to, but I'm fine with cheaping out on that kind of thing. It's a thermometer, I don't need it to be ultra rugged.
I thought the bag sealer would be a joke! NO.. I use it for sealing bags of frozen vegetables, fish, cheese and even plant food. I love it. It does take a learning curve
Dude if you don't have the patience of testing and giving a proper review of products then i suggest you don't do it. It takes A LOT for me to give someone a thumbs down and comment negatively but this was waaay to easy.. Hope you do better in your future videos
Actually those water balloons are awesome for the price because that type is EXPENSIVE! I bought all the water balloons for the summer camp I work at from Temu. The budget is normally $500 for water balloons and I got everything for under $100. Plus with the auto-fill ones it saves sooooo much time, 10/10 would recommend!
I have to say that a lot of the things you said you thought would be bigger, all have sizes listed when you buy. So that way a person can look and see what size to expect and if that’s what you’re needing/ wanting . Ya know? Good review tho. Several of these things I’ve thought about buying !
the little security cameras actually work BUT you will have to use an older 2.4 network wifi repeater. i use mine with a dual band repeater and the ir. i put 1 in the back of my mailbox to see if i have mail. the back of the camera has a magnet inside so it just sticks to the back of the inside of my mailbox. the other i have in my dogs doghouse in the backyard. i can see both cameras with the app when i am at home or even when i am at the store. they are eaisly worth the money but use them somewhere they won't get wet.
I have the motion detector Under the cabinet light and I love it! But mine is much longer so I guess it's the largest size. When I come out to my kitchen late at night , it auto turns on - really like it.
I have honestly never gotten anything bad on temp. I’ve bought a couple jackets that felt a bit. Heap but we’re great. Some led lights worked amazing. Out of maybe 30 products, 2 or 3 have been kind of a let down.
One small proviso, I think they’re a bad idea for excessive handling, especially considering they’re sold as kids colouring kits, as if you look up thermal paper BPA they contain chemicals that are bad for us. Just worth knowing is all.
It would really help if you tested every item and gave it a thumps up or thumps down. Most viewers want to know if they should buy the item or not. Nice job, just elaborate more.
The rechargeable flashlights are great for under $3. I use mine all the time. I was skeptical of the plastic case at first, but that means lightweight which is nice. The one thing i dont like about them is that the switch is hard to find with your fingers sometimes. I did order a smaller one that is rechargeable and metal and it works good too and small and lightweight. Definitely worth the price i have a bunch!
That's a dollar store item, atleast shipped in buk from the hands of largely Chinese childrens hands and save the fuel of shipping this junk across our poor planet... There is at least over 20,000 seagoing shipping vessels ALL burning FUEL on our oceans right now. Your bluebox isn't even made out of recycled plastic. they can't recycle plastic. we're killing our spaceship EARTH for PRC CPP (i do not mean the citizens, all earthlings uniite against shite flashlights, etc..) to threaten nuclear suicide, likely unintentionally. Stop buying like a materlistic narccasistic nobody n'rdowell and start caring about our grrandchildren more then t he half second rush of clicking that BUY button, please i plead to all.
That thing is a piece of junk. Not even worth $3. I would tell you to just break it open for the 18650 cell inside but I know that's knockoff too and falls far below normal 18650 cell battery capacity. They literally lie about everything just to get you to spend money, even just a few dollars makes them money. If you're ok with that then shame on you.....but, to each is own i guess
this propane meter measures the temperature of the propane tank. it should be attached directly to the tanks surface.. It was obvious the drillbits are going to be small, the sizes literally written all over the product page..
I bought 2 of multi-led flashlights with my welcome discount. One 4-led, and one 7-led. Rechargeable with a built-in SMD strip light. Both work surprisingly well, and the battery lasts a long time. I also bought a wireless Qi charger which did not work at all.
That motion light is good for about 1 use. The large size however is great and very useful for metal cabinets you keep things you might want to grab in the dark unexpectedly
the mini printer is awsome for scrapbooking and maybe that is why the included the markers. it has sticker paper and labels as well. I have one of those and it was way more than 20§ and did not come with all that paper!
I bought the same one a couple weeks ago.. its literally the best flashlight I now own.. and I own many. It's very bright, even when zoomed.. I'd for sure recommend. It zooms really far. In fact, I immediately bought 3 more, which should arrive tomorrow.. ill keep 1 and gift the other 2.
Hello. Is it safe for the average person to go to this website and order? Do you have to take special security precautions that you wouldn't have to shopping on Amazon? Thanks!
idk i guess i expected more than "so here is the number 1 x, looks weird huh? apparently it can do this wow. so anyway lets move to the next thing" like do a lil testing, anything
those storage bags are a godsend, they have then in all possible sizes and they are more sturdy than they look. Just need to be gentle when using the zipper, obviously.
Remove the plastic from your propane tank, great way to help it rust quicker. Also, if it says it's full.. it's wrong. You can't fill a propane tank past 80% to allow for expansion.
Hi I just found your great videos ! I bought the same nanny camera, do you have to pay to run it ,to the apt or something? P,ease let me know ,I’m just an older lady ,learning these things , thank you 😊
As redundant as it may be... i was kind of hoping to see him try the drill bits with different materials. I wanted to see their breakage point, considering they sent so many 😮
Expect that micro USB to be around awhile. I was watching a tech video a while back and they were saying there's a surplus of 2 billion of those still unused.
I'd be interested to know how long that little printer keeps going. I could use something like that but never ordered from TEMU. Anyone have a solid recommendation for one btw? Thanks for the review, just stumble upon your channel. Will be back for sure. Fun video
I watch someone else on RUclips called the cheap chick and she ordered one of those printers over a year ago and it's still holding up and they use it all the time
I love TEMU. Only time I wasnt thrilled is when I bought a canvas painting and the mini candle holders haha. That taught me to be careful. There’s some awesome stuff on there that is literally same stuff being sold on Amazon. But for 50 bucks less. Be smart
Ok as someone who has bought a fair bit of Temu products and tested them i will say Temu isnt a scam as such. What ever the description shows is what you get. Its just either smaller than expected or not great material. Now dont buy any of temus audio Bluetooth speakers. They all sound the same....rubbish. The HP Bluetooth earbuds are actually worth buying though. The propane indicator. Just save your money. Because pouring boiling wather down the side of the tank will quickly and accurately show you the bottle level. Those drill bits....yeah very average easy to break bits if pushed to hard. Work ok on wood with the sizes it comes with. Now torches. The torch you tested i have that one. Look for a torch to keep in the car glove box for emergencies thry are handy. But they do make some big boy torches that shine over a km away and while cheap build they areba fraction of the price.
The cat printer reminds me of the printer that Nintendo released for the Gameboy back in 1998. They sold for about $90 then and I've seen them listed for $1,300 today. It'd be cool if someone could create a way for these Temu ones so they could be used with the Gameboy like the original Pocket Printer, since some games can use the printer.
For the socket adapter don't get it donut tested one of those and they are not durable at all and start breaking immediately. Also they aren't even completely universal (at least without breaking in the process)
I recall pre 2020 our mega closeout places that carried things similar for very deep discounted. Unfortunately those shops vanished due to blank blank. I miss them. Temu is def a curiosity.
Temu is thieves. If buy something cheap and bad quality, they return money easily, but for expensive items Temu doesn't return the money, playing a time game. Postal workers said Temu never refunded bikes, and Temu will find many reasons to avoid refunds. I sent the bike back, and due to a bad label, it's hanging over somewhere. Temu said they would not refund. Trying to do a chargeback and a small court, is the only way.
So far, I haven't been scammed nor unsatisfied because of quality compared to price.. especially when knowing how cheap temu products are. They are made in China by underpaid laborers, after all. Give you a hint on how to compare size. When watching videos or pictures of items, there are ways to compare size to other things. Another thing if it isn't a name brand item. Might as well expect the items not yo be as good in quality. I have only been a little disappointed in one item I bought. A set of binoculars. Which 50 50 binocks cost upwards of 100 + dollars. I paid ten for mine, and though they were not 50 50, I still could see details of a birds feathers around 40 feet away. Most items I have purchased from temu us to start up my art again. And even thier diamond tip drill bits are awesome. Cut through stone with ease.
I have that same flashlight (last item).. and it's literally the best flashlight I owe.. its soooo bright.. even zoomed in. I'd def recommend it.. infact, I went back and bought 3 more.. kept 1 and gift the other 2.
Thank you very much for your time and effort. I think that perhaps it would be useful to rework this video, as in edit out the times when you weren’t ready to demo the product, like lack of batteries, or it requires more time, and testing stuff in the dark or mostly dark, makes it hard to see even if I jack up the brightness of the screen to 100% on Ipad. I seems like a script would be a better option than winging it, though it might of course take away from the spontaneous nature of the video, but the idea is to demonstrate the products you bought and their viability. I really liked the demonstration of the mini portable printer, it seems like a good option. I think the point of this video was perhaps debunk the myth of Temu being a junk store, and demonstrate some of the top selling products, and in some parts of what you have. I understand that Temu is kind of like an online version of Dollar Tree, with some things of potential quality, and some not so much. Thank you for your time and the effort. Try out in future videos with the tips I suggested and your enthusiasm will better come through. PS I was hoping to see a demo of the drill bits, even if they aren’t exactly what you would find at home improvement stores. Maybe that could be a stand alone video by itself, just a thought, to see how long the bits last with various materials, like wood, or cement, or metal. Just a thought, but this time don’t wing it, be prepared and be the hardcore Temu champion you have every right to be. Again thank you very much for your time and godspeed. Anya
dear... we appreciate the info that you did give us, but you should have actually put the items to use and test the items.... and THEN reviewed it... Because otherwise you're not really reviewing the item. Like, the door draft you bought (for example): You would show the item and how it was shipped, open the item, look for a ''manual'' - if no manual or slip of paper with directions? That would be nice to know because I hate it when things come without manuals are directions. So then at that point even if the item did not come with directions, i would give the opportunity for success and try to find clear directions by maybe searching out generic directions online that might be useful. We all know these products are really cheap so if they don't come with directions that might be expected. But finding some good directions online and making the product successful for a low price might be worth our time and effort if we can get that item super cheap like we can on Temu... Anyways that's just me so then I would definitely look out for proper directions. Then after all of that and you can't find any good directions and you just have this product that's kind of useless then you can wing it from there and that would be fun too. But at least you would be giving us clear value and we would know you gave the product the best chance that it could at success. This will earn your videos sponsors for manufactures that actually know their products are good, and if people are paying attention that make the products that you are reviewing they can learn what they did wrong as well. That's kind of a win-win. And you showed us that you did that and therefore we can learn from your experience. THAT is another win.... you would be adding value like triple. Either way I would tell the viewers every step of the way what you had to do and where you did it and show us... For example, the door draft item... Take it out of the packaging, stick it to a door, before you stick it to the door did you have to clean the surface of the door before you stick it there? Like seriously. We want to know all the details... did you have to clean/sand the surface of wherever you're sticking the door draft sticky part? We want to see it... them when you stick it to the door, what is the best way to do that? Dry or wet surface? should we use a hair dryer to het the sticky residue? lol... once you stick it up there on the door, does it stick to the door? If it does, then how long did it take to the door before it fell off? Or is it still currently still on the door? And more importantly since it's stuck and it still on the door does it actually worked to stop drafts? That would be a thorough and useful review along with the exact link of where to find the products in your description... lol seriously I'm not here to bash or insult you. You are awesome!! I like your personality and I like the creative idea of this video. That's the only reason why I'm taking the time to give you this useful feedback. It'll make your channel 1,000,000 times more successful because you're actually gonna bring value to your viewers and you're going to retain your wonderful personality and your creative ideas. That is a win win win... PS: I really doubt that fishing magnet can hold 300 pounds. It is strong, but is it 300lbs strong?? I wanna know.

Man says he isn't sponsored by temu, then he links a free coupon directly linked to him.
Referral doesn’t mean sponsor.
I was just saying the same thing
Is it me or did he sound like he was ready to bash those items before he opened them?
Actually those water balloons are awesome for the price because that type is EXPENSIVE! I bought all the water balloons for the summer camp I work at from Temu. The budget is normally $500 for water balloons and I got everything for under $100. Plus with the auto-fill ones it saves sooooo much time, 10/10 would recommend!
I have to say that a lot of the things you said you thought would be bigger, all have sizes listed when you buy. So that way a person can look and see what size to expect and if that’s what you’re needing/ wanting . Ya know? Good review tho. Several of these things I’ve thought about buying !
Yep, I always have to look for the dimensions. They make everything look so much larger than it actually is, especially wall pictures!
Yep, but they still make things look way bigger which sucks
I bought a bag sealer for .50 cents a while back. Plus, mine has a cuter on it. Definitely works.
the little security cameras actually work BUT you will have to use an older 2.4 network wifi repeater. i use mine with a dual band repeater and the ir. i put 1 in the back of my mailbox to see if i have mail. the back of the camera has a magnet inside so it just sticks to the back of the inside of my mailbox. the other i have in my dogs doghouse in the backyard. i can see both cameras with the app when i am at home or even when i am at the store. they are eaisly worth the money but use them somewhere they won't get wet.
What is the app called. I have 4 of these cams but can't find the add to go with them
@@benpowell6458 the app i am using is called V720. i downloaded it from the google play store.
The mini printer thing is actually really useful for memorization
Cool a whole video with 0 effort. The video wasn't bad but man actually test the stuff
I appreciate your time and effort to make these videos for us so we don't have to waste our money on some of this stuff.
I'm obsessed with motion sensor lights. I'd also love to get that little printer ,but I'd have to get a new phone as well ! 😂
Heya i have 5 all around the house lol the dog even has his for getting up during the night LoL they're amazing x
J'ai eu l'imprimante gratuit avec le jeux du poisson et elle fonctionne très bien petit mais bien quand meme
I love our motion detector doorbell camera we got off of Temu. It alerts us to the delivery man, even our cat when he wants in
Same, I have sensor lights in every room 😅
you need to review the $7 nintendo switch, i’ve seen a million ads for it😂
I have the motion detector Under the cabinet light and I love it! But mine is much longer so I guess it's the largest size. When I come out to my kitchen late at night , it auto turns on - really like it.
Underrated RUclipsr
I have honestly never gotten anything bad on temp. I’ve bought a couple jackets that felt a bit. Heap but we’re great. Some led lights worked amazing. Out of maybe 30 products, 2 or 3 have been kind of a let down.
The Bluetooth cordless thermal printers are great . I paid under $10 and I was shocked that it was better than I thought it would be
One small proviso, I think they’re a bad idea for excessive handling, especially considering they’re sold as kids colouring kits, as if you look up thermal paper BPA they contain chemicals that are bad for us. Just worth knowing is all.
It would really help if you tested every item and gave it a thumps up or thumps down. Most viewers want to know if they should buy the item or not. Nice job, just elaborate more.
I bought few things . They went straight to the garbage can ! 😂😂😂 Amazon has cheap products but Temu is worse !
TEMU... The Thanos of product packaging since July 2022.
This product [4:06] is so useful, it helps me stick everything. Great review as always!
this propane meter measures the temperature of the propane tank. it should be attached directly to the tanks surface..
You're stupid for buying anything from Temu or this neckbeard weirdo
Yes we need more, and do you trust these products with your devices? Im just always sketchy about new things.
I am a big no no no no when it comes to having to download an app to make the device work. Keep it 😂😂😂😂
No negative energy only positive energy🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿
temu got everyone walking round with pocket knives
The thing about the printer is thermal prints tend to turn black over time.
Turn black if exposed to heat. Most of the time, the printed images will fade and become unreadable, just like old thermal faxes and sales receipts.
Also not safe as they contain toxic BPA chemicals, which can enter the blood stream through skin contact. Yes, this includes most store receipts too.
WTF ?
Not going to lie, I really really enjoyed your video ? So yeah I liked & subscribed !
Thanks alot.
Peace James
4:09 love how you throw the product behind you 😂😆🤛
RUclipsr: “I’m not being paid to do this review”
Also RUclipsr: “use my Temu link in the description”
???
I have ordered from them 42 times never got scammed once so I don't know what you're talking about dude
That motion light is good for about 1 use. The large size however is great and very useful for metal cabinets you keep things you might want to grab in the dark unexpectedly
bros the most underrated tech content creator iv seen in a while 5k likes is way lower then i expected
Thank you so much for the support!!
@@adamharigyou're trash
the mini printer is awsome for scrapbooking and maybe that is why the included the markers. it has sticker paper and labels as well. I have one of those and it was way more than 20§ and did not come with all that paper!
So refreshing that this guy isn’t a super hyped up children’s entertainer. Just a normal guy buying stuff on a new shopping platform.
I wouldn't buy the camera as many are accessible for everyone on the internet, without boundaries
test the flashlight outside so people can see how far the light shines
I bought the same one a couple weeks ago.. its literally the best flashlight I now own.. and I own many. It's very bright, even when zoomed.. I'd for sure recommend. It zooms really far.
In fact, I immediately bought 3 more, which should arrive tomorrow.. ill keep 1 and gift the other 2.
Hello. Is it safe for the average person to go to this website and order? Do you have to take special security precautions that you wouldn't have to shopping on Amazon? Thanks!
idk i guess i expected more than "so here is the number 1 x, looks weird huh? apparently it can do this wow. so anyway lets move to the next thing"
like do a lil testing, anything
Absolutely rubbish reviews, no testing of use function, just literally opening a bag & chucking over his shoulder, no placement or serious testing.
those storage bags are a godsend, they have then in all possible sizes and they are more sturdy than they look. Just need to be gentle when using the zipper, obviously.
I heard that Temu sell cheaper to collect your data and sell to chine . What you think about?? Thanks
Thats a fact, they got sued becuase the app breaches data security by collecting everything
My favorite part is when I got my first advertisement for a Lego fish tank from temu
Why did the lights go out when you sealed the chip bag. And not when you tested the lights??
bro has said so many things that makes me thing he’s a complete airhead 😂 like holy shit man, you’re genuinely not the brightest crayon in the box😂
Can anyone put this code in temu search bar it would help me loads im 10p off 451414208
Remove the plastic from your propane tank, great way to help it rust quicker.
Also, if it says it's full.. it's wrong. You can't fill a propane tank past 80% to allow for expansion.
That little printer reminds me of the old Game Boy add-on.
1:36 that’s what she said
Pro tip, that junk is drop shipped by the maker. So find the same product from all Chinese sites and some would sell a lot cheaper than Temu.
I wanted to see their breakage point, considering they sent so many 😮
Bro was I was about to comment this same exact shit I agree
I've been in manufacturing and my first thought is "those won't even go through hardened play-doh" 😆
Expect that micro USB to be around awhile. I was watching a tech video a while back and they were saying there's a surplus of 2 billion of those still unused.
headass
Hoodie. Cross screwdriver. 10 gel pens. Large to do notepad. Trainers. shower drain cover. Bookmarks. Humidifier ×2. Stain remover. Phone holder.
Laundry scent beads. Wash cloth ×2. Wired headphones. Phone charge cables. Vacuum flask. Toothbrushes. Shaving soap. Essential oils. Not had ANY problems.
I'd be interested to know how long that little printer keeps going. I could use something like that but never ordered from TEMU. Anyone have a solid recommendation for one btw? Thanks for the review, just stumble upon your channel. Will be back for sure. Fun video
I watch someone else on RUclips called the cheap chick and she ordered one of those printers over a year ago and it's still holding up and they use it all the time
@@chuckmissildine2894 Thanks very much, I appreciate that. I'm going to give it a shot.
they last 'forever' they dont use ink, they use heat so its rechargeable, the paper is receipt paper and when you apply heat to it, it turns black
@@カルム-b4z Thank you. I thought they were thermal, but wondered about reliability.
The LED lights I got from temu were great... they gave you a strip of trash
That was actually enjoyable to watch
Thank you for doing this video!! Not being sponsored like you said will be honest reviews !! Thank you again !!
He is sponsored. Affiliate links.
affiliate link is literally being sponsored lmao
For the socket adapter don't get it donut tested one of those and they are not durable at all and start breaking immediately. Also they aren't even completely universal (at least without breaking in the process)
Finally a review Channel that's short, sweet and to the point. Quick easy reviews. Nice to watch. Thanks man
Kim I agree with you test the merchandise that you purchase
Love Your Videos Dude ✌🏻
I recall pre 2020 our mega closeout places that carried things similar for very deep discounted. Unfortunately those shops vanished due to blank blank. I miss them. Temu is def a curiosity.
The water ballon thing actually worked! But you dropped them all in the grass lol. Need to detach them carefully
The sun doesn't rise in the east, it ESSENTIALLY rises in the east.
Fish are magnetic? You learn something new everyday!!!!
I have had a similar bag sealer for years I bought it for a dollar it works every time
So far, I haven't been scammed nor unsatisfied because of quality compared to price.. especially when knowing how cheap temu products are.
Who was your seller for the camera with the sd card? I need one of those! 😮
16:24 a replacement for WHAT?!?!
I like the way you made the video to the quality your expect from Temu.
I have that same flashlight (last item).. and it's literally the best flashlight I owe.. its soooo bright.. even zoomed in. I'd def recommend it.. infact, I went back and bought 3 more.. kept 1 and gift the other 2.
I agree its the brightest flashlight ive ever had. When zoomed in its so bright my cat chases it like a laser pointer.
I have the exact same mini printer. It works, but the quality of images not so good. It’s black and white and then, there are markers for coloring.
