I have been working on a bot like this for my company but Ive ran into an issue with the prompts blocking text, could you point me in the right direction for a fix?
Great video. I see that in the bot a consultant was able to join the conversation. Please could you point me in the right direction of information on how to do this? Have done some searching but no luck. This is something we really want to do i.e. allowing the agent to jump in when needed.
