His yelling and smoking and too fast running subtitles . I was in my mid twenties , I'm fifty three now and after a life time of seeking far, far and wide.....and now I find ,the road of returning is so short , sweet and simple , and in all that seeking I went nowhere !.....LOVE TO THE ALL !!!

All the info you are looking for is already there in you he is only trying to bring it to surface for you to see we think we are the person witch blinds us to the truth if we drop the person we think we are. Then you will see you are the absolute inside it's own illusion playing it's own life's game

Totally disagree. If you need time to process your ego-mind is doing the work. Just hold “I Am” and listen to it like music. Also, if you want slow and space go to “Samaneri Jaysara” meditation channel. Youll get all the “space” you can handle. She has Nisargadatta material.
You need to listen to it until you can distinguish them. It takes me 1 week to listen to the 10 chapters and I’m on my 7th time round. I was the same at the start but saw it as a sign to listen until it becomes crystal clear and it’s definitely working. Stick with it 😊
