Kamilox is very right, regardless though, dont train the same muscle group in less than 48 hours since you last exercised it when experiencing soreness. Not following this kind of rest period training can result in more pain than gain, and more damage than gain.
Over training 💀 doing your average routine at gym won't do anything to you. You will be sore af the first couple of days. But it's not a big deal, unless you're a pussy.

If you want to make this change you have first to realise how fucked up you are and that you cant live like this anymore. Ask God for help to stop and to give you strength to not relapse. With God nothing is impossible brother.

Don’t take cold showers every night as it isn’t as good for your immune system. I take 2 a week and it makes you feel so alert and relaxed after. The shower itself is hell at first but it’s worth it. You’ll feel really good about yourself

but most of the things mentioned are basics for leading a quality life and nothing in this short is very much specific. You can adjust some of these like working out 5 or 4x instead of 6x and instead of forcing yourself to quit bad habits instantly (cuz' it won't work for long) you can gradually shift towards better ones.
