7:06 onwards , my mouth was drooling, food looks so so delicious and nothing beats cooking on wood fire, that slow cooking really gets the spices incorporated into meat and veg.
You're a hundred percent right, man. I'm from a place in Brazil that has a lot of wood, natural and replanted (and yes, we preserve the forest), which we prefer to cook almost always with a wood stove, just because the food tastes so much better! There's no comparison.
I live in Goiás (in the capital, Goiânia) and it's the best place to live in! Best food (even tho I don't like the Pequi fruit haha), best climate and best people! It feels like a farm with a lot of buildings! Calm but energetic at the same time. Just love this place! Loved the video!

You mean Goiás Velho (the small town)? It´s a former colonial town from the 18th century, former state capital (hence the name "Old Goiás", and it´s internationally recognized by the World Heritage Site. It´s notable for its historical importance, and because the whole town is a heritage site, property owners and the local government are not allowed to change the aesthetics of the outside of the buildings (but can make whatever changes they want inside). Also, even though it is a small town, Goiás Velho has a ton of very small, and home-like museums (one of which is the former home of female brazilian poet, Cora Coralina). I live in Goiânia, Goiás, and most Goianienses (person from Goiás) go to Goiás Velho at least once every 2 years. Also, just so you know, when you go to Goiás Velho you are literally stepping on historic grounds because the slabs of stone on the streets were set by slaves (most likely african slaves, and native americans). If you ever get the chance to go, make sure to go to the gazeebo in the town square for some fruit popsicles. It´s all made there and they have every fruit flavor that you can imagine! Yes, they´re also known for the popsicles. They also hold the notionally known FICA (Festival Internacional de Cinema e Video Ambiental, or International Environmental Film and Video Festival) every year. You know what? Just search Goiás Velho on google...

I live in Goiás (in the capital, Goiânia) and it's the best place to live in! Best food (even tho I don't like the Pequi fruit haha), best climate and best people! It feels like a farm with a lot of buildings! Calm but energetic at the same time. Just love this place!

When I had photoshoot in Jakarta, I was always excited to have Brazilian model as my talent. We have a lot in common. And Indonesian has many Portuguese loanwords. Igreja, in bahasa is Gereja. It was adapted from portuguese.

You mean Goiás Velho (the small town)? It´s a former colonial town from the 18th century, former state capital (hence the name "Old Goiás", and it´s internationally recognized by the World Heritage Site. It´s notable for its historical importance, and because the whole town is a heritage site, property owners and the local government are not allowed to change the aesthetics of the outside of the buildings (but can make whatever changes they want inside). Also, even though it is a small town, Goiás Velho has a ton of very small, and home-like museums (one of which is the former home of female brazilian poet, Cora Coralina). I live in Goiânia, Goiás, and most Goianienses (person from Goiás) go to Goiás Velho at least once every 2 years.
Also, just so you know, when you go to Goiás Velho you are literally stepping on historic grounds because the slabs of stone on the streets were set by slaves (most likely african slaves, and native americans).
If you ever get the chance to go, make sure to go to the gazeebo in the town square for some fruit popsicles. It´s all made there and they have every fruit flavor that you can imagine! Yes, they´re also known for the popsicles. They also hold the notionally known FICA (Festival Internacional de Cinema e Video Ambiental, or International Environmental Film and Video Festival) every year. You know what? Just search Goiás Velho on google...
