2010-2013 Camaro plug and play remote start install

Hey guys I’m todays video I’ll be installing a remote start that uses the factory fob to turn the car on, but sadly what I’ve come to find out is that I can not unlock or open lock the car while it has been remote started so I have to unlock the car with the key but other than that it does what it’s meant to do which is warm up the car or cool it down before I leave the house
This system is plug and play, you do have to program the module to your cars immobilizer and for that you need a computer.
This remote start only works with the automatics

I got it installed from a shop to be honest with you!

Mine worked only on the first start and that was it. Then I got hella lights on my dash 🙃

When I get to the step where I need the blinking blue light, I only get a solid light. Any idea how to fix this?

Honestly I’m not sure why you’d only be getting a sold light, maybe you’re letting off the button early?

So I got arrested the cops broke my key into the ignition. Do you think I can still install this with out the key ?

You might be able to, if not you could always return it, say it didn’t work

Mine comes in the mail today. Apparently it won’t allow you to unlock because when the key is in the ignition it won’t allow you to unlock either.

Yeah I’ve realized that and so I didn’t like that so I returned this remote starter and got a viper remote starter installed
