All I’m saying is: since 2020, my engagements dropped, my reach isn’t the same & people don’t like my posts/reels NEARLY as much as they did before. I’m a business account currently but have a RUclips channel & personal business. Should I switch to creator?

Please do a video on what happens if u switch from business to personal. Im trying to fix a bug but scared to switch. I have a lot of settings that rely on business account (fb ads, shopify, products etc) and i duno if anything will get messed up

So right now I have a personal Instagram account. I am starting a new business and I want to create a new business account solely for the business not attached to my personal account, is this possible? I am confused a little bit because it appears after clicking settings/switch to professional account that I am switching my personal account to a creator or business, that is not my intention. I just want my business on instagram separately from my personal account. Is this possible? Please help, thanks.
You probably need to create a new account (if you haven’t already). You can manage multiple accounts from your device and still allow it to be separate from personal
Is it better to switch over to a creator account or just create a new account to have your personal separate from the content? I have a personal with a good following and I'm just not sure if I should create a new insta for creator content or switch and stick with one insta

Another great video from the group at SME! I currently have a personal and business account but only have access to create reels through my personal account. My business account has been active since June 2020, but still no option to create reels. I have tried several suggestions such as opting in for beta, but nothing I have tried from suggestions has enabled me to gain access to reels creation. Is this problem related to account type? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
Yup.. I have an idea... My insta also had no reels option, now i got my reels. I did my insta temporarily deactivate and wait 2 days.. Afterd 48hr activate account and working my reels option

I'll always choose personal account
I was using the business account now I’m switching back to personal account. I feel like Instagram changed the algorithm so much that whenever we post, it doesn’t reach that many ppl at all unless you pay to boost the likes. SMH. I used to get 100 likes or more. Now it’s just 12-20 likes per post. How lame.

Im switching from business to personal.. i dont need analyst or so.. as long as i can reach people.. especially nowadays using reels grow rapidly. Meanwhile in business the song is very limited.

what happens to the music on your reels if you switch from Personal to Business and back again. Does music come back? Asking because I hear Business accounts don't allow as many music choices as Personal

Our team uses Meta Business Suite to publish Instagram Posts as the company, with appropriate credentials for each user. But what about "liking others' posts (in the wild) as the company"? Is there some way to use the existing MBS credentials without sharing the admin password for the Instagram app (and swapping active profiles?)

I'm so confused 😂 Can someone please help me? I just reached 10k followers, and after 7 years on Instagram I decided that it's time I switch to a creator account. I post photography (flowers, insects, landscapes, from my travel trips,etc). I barely have 5 photos of myself on my account. I do not consider myself an influencer. I worked with two travel companies, and got paid to make posts, professional photos from their location and the surroundings. Not sure if I'll ever accept any clothing/jewelry brand deals in the future, as I am VERY picky( beauty products are completely out of the discussion). My main passions are photography and traveling. I'm planning to do a personal site, with maybe a blog to write in about my trips, and a print shop to sell my photography. My reels are landscape/surroundings recordings, some have music added in the background (no vlogs). So what exactly am I? What should I select between photographer, blogger and content creator? Your help would really much be appreciated.

Hi Thomas, Because business accounts have certain features, some will be able to tell. For instance, if you have the Contact button, that would indicate that you have a business account. -Jason

Hello! I have a small business on Instagram page where i can sell Accessories, i switched to a creator account because i needed the access to the music library (trending audios,etc) & I also dont care much about scheduling apps, would that harm my account? Because i intend to sell stuff?
Hey did you figure out if this will harm your account? My account was removed I believe because I was using a creator account t to sell my cosmetics and accessories. Now I am confused on what account I should use bc IG is not explaining anything

No it didn't harm my account, I asked a few experts and they said its ok.. there's also a button after i switched it to creator still has the "business type" thing, so I believe its fine. I guess the only thing that can get your account deleted is the copyrights of another famous brand, since you're selling makeup so it can be like Maybelline and loreal and so, unless its handmade i guess
