Yes we know that Yuju was struggling so hard not to fall again, but do we see what Sowon did in the whole performance? She took care of the team like she was their mom. She even made sure everyone was okay after they slipped on the stage. Look at how she slowly guided their team to perform in front of the slippery glass stage. The whole thing was a set up to embarass Gfriend. an obvious platform of glass or plastic that would get super slippery in rain, and those idiots screwing up the audio, if it wasn't for Sowon's leadership and reckonizing the hazards( slippery shoes on slippery platform),all of them would have fallen in a heap, attempting "Rough" on that slick stuff. i blame the organizers for that bad design and trying to embarass others.
Our girls doesn't deserve any hate. They performed even though it's raining. Sure every idols needs to do things like that, but GFRIEND is really a something. They managed to pull of something like this without falling on heaps. The difficulty of the situation is evident on their faces, especially on Yuju's. But they are still smiling for the sake of the show. They also needed to cover-up for Umji's absence. Sowon's leadership is a big thing in this performance. They are very professional, even in situations like this. My respect for them just got higher.
I admire Yuju the most. Despite knowing the possibility of falling, she's still on her 100% performance. She still dances at her best. That is why at 2:57, Sowon already held her. haha she's the one scared for yuju.

Although the company could've buy them better shoes with better gripping.
I thought they showed more professionalism in this event than that one which they fell. They have to avoid the slippery glass surface stage and the slope in front of them, so that leaves about 1.5m width of carpet like stage for them to dance on. That is such a narrow space to dance for their choreography.
I saw on an article that they tried their best to wipe down the stage, but by wiping down with a mop aint gonna do much, i can't hate! more like angry that if they didn't dry off properly and got sick and wasn't taken to the hospital for a proper check up then that a whole new story

They are paid, everything is already set up and planned, they can't just cancel or even change anything because that will mess everything up. I have seen many performances by many idols but in my opinion GFriend is one of the main ones that know how to show professionalism on stage. They still danced and sang no matter what the circumstance. If it was me, I would have refused to dance in rain ever again. I would have been scared for my life but the way that they powered through is amazing. They look miserable but they did try not to show it! I'm surprised they still managed to smile knowing that what happened last time may happen again. GFriend deserved a lot. I hope they continue to amaze us more. GFriend Hwaiting!

Admittedly, I have not watched a whole lot of their live performances, so I'm glad I came across this video. While dancing in the rain is a bit scary, given their fast-paced and intricate choreography, I couldn't help but feel in awe of their performance. They are truly one of a kind!

Reno Do u know how much it is to plan out a show? Especially such a big concert like this that even the president is watching? They are paid, everything is already set up and planned, they can't just cancel or even change anything because that will mess everything up. Although their company could have but them better shoes with better gripping so that they won't fall.
I'm sure they would've known there was a chance of rain or they could at least have had a cover for the entire stage and not just the edge. Idec if the president was watching, the least thing they could do is have some consideration for the artists who spent time out of their day to perform for them.

I have seen many performances by many idols but in my opinion GFriend is one of the main ones that know how to show professionalism on stage. They still danced and sang no matter what the circumstance. If it was me, I would have refused to dance in rain ever again. I would have been scared for my life but the way that they powered through is amazing. They look miserable but they did try not to show it! I'm surprised they still managed to smile knowing that what happened last time may happen again.
GFriend deserved a lot. I hope they continue to amaze us more.
